Worst customer service I've ever had from McDonald's. Just throwing food in a bag without care, ripping the bread apart on purpose as well. Ridiculous. If you hate your job, quit.

Wound count on not getting gypped at this location, and it was the manager that gave me my order. Way to go McDonald’s, on skimping me on my order, and handing me half empty large fries 🍟. Go to Hardee’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, anywhere but this place.

Couldn’t make an iced Frappe, guess that works just like the ice cream machine-always broke. Then gave us hash browns that were so dark and full of grease, they looked like they had been cooked and reheated in the grease 3 times over and then garnished with a splash of grease.

The last 2 times we came here we have had the same issues. My burger was missing pickles both times because I had the audacity to customize my burger, and the customer service was terrible. The staff was literally arguing with each other in front of us. The ice cream machine of course was down and the store wasn’t clean when we walked in and they weren’t even busy. Only one lady was pleasant and I appreciated her!

This has to be the worst mcdonald's.I've ever been to, the employee's are not pleasant and is very sassy.They will argue with you even in their wrongdoing.This has to be the slowest coldest food serving during lunchtime.I have ever had to experience store.I feel as if the only reason they are surviving because no one else is in the area corporate really needs to come here and evaluate this store.Because the service is horrible.

My experience was horrible when my family walked in the counter register was rude and absolutely despicable and she was very rude towards a little kid and she wouldn’t take our order correctly and we decided to just leave in the end worst McDonald’s I have ever been too this is unacceptable
40 minutes waiting on a hot n spicy and a 4 piece tender in the drive through. Food was cold lol

Did a mobile app. No one answered the drive thru! No one came to the pickup window! Doors were locked! Drove back around twice and then as I am sitting there at the pickup window, I see 5 employees running from the side door and run to the back giggling! So I drive back around, knocked on the window and no one came! They need to fire every last one of them! Better yet just shut the whole restaurant down!!!!! The absolute worst McDonalds!!!!
