Did a mobile app. No one answered the drive thru! No one came to the pickup window! Doors were locked! Drove back around twice and then as I am sitting there at the pickup window, I see 5 employees running from the side door and run to the back giggling! So I drive back around, knocked on the window and no one came! They need to fire every last one of them! Better yet just shut the whole restaurant down!!!!! The absolute worst McDonalds!!!!

Lazy bunch of people will not open a dining room up at 6:00 like they're supposed to and will not help anybody if they have a trailer and can't go through the drive-thru .

I wish they had a minus star. That was horrible service. I went through the drive thru. Placed my order. Went to the first window no one there. I went to the second window , the guy said he didn't have my order . You didn't pay? I said no one was there. I went inside got my order and money. Got in my car. No drink. I'm done with that McDonald's. I rather drive to satsuma.

Tried to place a mobile order to be picked up. The app would not let me. So I drove to the location, as I pull in 20cminutes before closing I see 2 vehicles in the process of paying for and receiving their food. I pull up to the drive thru speaker and sit for 10 minutes and never hear from anyone. After waiting I drive around to the Window and there is no one to be seen. Finally an employee walks past the Window and gives me a hand signal basically saying they're closed. The manager wouldn't even come to the Window. This is the 3rd time I've had this type of experience with this location. And frankly every time I work down here I dread the possibility of needing to get food here but it is the only restaurant open. I do not recommend doing business here. I'll add, that after typing this review and driving across the street to go to the convenience store and try and find some type food for my crew to eat the manager (I assume as he was wearing what looked to be a managers shirt) and at least 1 other employee followed me over (whether that was their intent or not I cannot be sure) and began parading around inside of the store screaming and cussing and flailing his hands around. Sticking his head out the door cussing and screaming in my direction. Again, I don't recommend spending any money at this location.

The only problem I have with this restaurant is they never have the frappe. I have to settle on the ice coffee. I love getting a frappe in the morning when I have a Dr. appointment
On any given day, be prepared to wait... especially in the drive-thru...for it to be one of the world's biggest fast food chains, there is no particular sense of urgency or need for accuracy in the orders...

If zero stars were avaliable I would definitely vote for that. the visit was terrible not only once but on many separate occasions it was terrible to start off my order has never Been incorrect and was always a wait. Also the night manager that is built like a bean bag and looks like miss trunchbull is very rude to employees and guest she screams almost everything I'm there in a very rude and disrespectfull tone to her employees ( I'm surprised she ain't had her lip busted yet) I am not pleased and highly recommend avoiding this store at all cost.
