Ordered sausage & egg biscuit combo but was given sausage & bacon biscuit. Overpriced for a Hardees that can't get a simple order correct. No napkins were placed in the bag either. Hardee's has been doing this for how many decades?

We stopped here today and what a disappointment it was.The restrooms were awful.We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and not once did anyone acknowledge we were there,an employee walked up to us got her phone and just walked off,we stood another minutes and walked out.

Supposed to open at 5a.m. Arrived at 5a.m. and had to wait 20 minutes to have my order taken. Waited another 10 minutes to receive my order. Not good for people looking for hot breakfast on the way to work
Breakfast biscuits were rock hard, Nashville chicken patty was tiny and dry. Very disappointing breakfast ☹️

Drive thru attendant was very rude. Stoned face , very unpleasant person. Ordered chicken fingers, fries and a milkshake. Food was cold. Infact it made us sick. Never will we go there again.

Food was fine. The staff needs training, the first did not know the guest WiFi code, and made no effort to asked the other workers. I asked the third person and got its. Both customer soda machines are broken.
