I usually enjoy 7 Brew drinks, but my recent visit was disappointing. The server brought my drink out while digging in his mouth, which felt unprofessional and unhygienic. Handling drinks while touching your face can make customers uneasy, especially when it comes to food safety. I hope management addresses this so future visits feel cleaner and more professional. Overall the drinks are great, but the service experience needs improvement.

I just had the best experience at this location. My experiences here are always good, but an employee named Maggie truly did her job above and beyond for me today. So much so, that I asked for her name just so I could leave a great review. Keep killing it, Trussville appreciates all of you!

This place is amazing! Their coffee is better than Starbucks and cheaper! The staff is friendly and they get your order out quickly. I wish they would get boba but maybe in the future! Highly recommend!!!
