Only reason I gave more than 1 star is because the servers were great! Very attentive and interactive, but this location needs to be remolded. The restaurant and bathroom have a odor. Will not be back to this location.

The Bartender today gave awful service she was asked five times by the waitress to make one drink and she didn’t make it cause she was taking care of her regular people and then she was leaving to go pick up her baby and go home and she said the waitress could come behind the bar and make the drinks they selves now I see why this apple bees don’t have a wait for tables cause some of their staff don’t know how to treat people

Me and my husband ate in..we were sat down when we got in.. ut nothing else for awhile. No water..no one ask if we wanted anything to drink for about 30 min. Someone finally gave water but the water we was given came from plate that the sever brought out for Other guest bause she made two many. The drinks we ordered from another gentleman took awhile and were not good. We ordered a rib let plate and a Mexican chicken. My husband ask for a sauce about three times..and itonce we were about to get it the server tried to give us the one that came from another table..I ask about what she was doing..and was she going to give that sauce to.my husband that had been sitting on that table. SHE said.know.she would not.do that..and went back to get another one. The food was ok..but due to the service we decided to take it home. When I got home I ate the food. But later after a nap I felt sick to my stomach and all the food came up! I wont be back.

I ordered the Alfredo pasta from the Applebee’s in Center Point, AL, and it was absolutely disgusting. The sauce? Basically water. I even paid for extra sauce, and somehow it was still watered down. The noodles were a soggy, stuck-together mess. After driving 40 minutes for this takeout, it ended up right where it belonged – in the trash.

The only decent thing were the breadsticks. Mozzarella sticks? Cold, hard, and barely any melted cheese. Applebee’s used to be reliable, but this location has gone way downhill. I won’t waste my time or money here again. Extremely disappointed. 👎

I ordered from Uber Eats. I order the 4-cheese Mac with honey chicken tenders and extra bacon. ALL I GOT WAS NODDLES!!!

Worst experience from waitress on to the food food came out cold as ice like it just came out of the refrigerator my wife and I will never visit that restaurant again ever and it was nasty in there floors were ridiculous restroom were nasty and stinky poor customer service

My first time in this Applebee's. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was great . It was served to us hot and it was well seasoned. We will be back! Thanks Country for great service!

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my life. I understand that it was Valentine’s Day and it would be busy. But my lord! Waited two hours, just for my wings to be wrong. The manager said it’ll be corrected. I got home to realize that the flavor on the second batch was incorrect as well. Then they gave me honey mustard with my Caesar salad! Busy or not, getting wings and a Caesar salad wrong is incompetence at its finest. Wish I could give zero stars! 👎🏾

I don't like Cajun seasoning, and the cook did my chicken and shrimp just right. My bartender was sweet and made sure everything went well.

Took way to long to get a simple salad appetizer, the bathrooms smelled awful, other tables were getting food and way better service then my husband and I did (we were 1 of 2 white couples and the other white couple was obviously having a bad experience as well). Finally got the check and paid it and had to ask the waitress where my husband's card was because she failed to bring it back when when brought the receipt.

24 mins waiting on an appetizer, the family in the next booth came in 10-15 after my wife and I did, they got their appetizers before we did. Waitress was nice, but didn't seem to be in any hurry to serve us. There was another white couple there, and they were waiting a good 10 minutes at the cash register/hostess desk waiting for their check so they can pay and leave. Some of the reviews say if you're white, expect to have slow service, and they are right. Only good experience from this place is the food(once we got our food) was pretty good. Otherwise, if you're looking for a good place to eat, definitely pass on it and go somewhere else.
