Terrible customer service and refused to give a refund. We sat in line for almost 40 minutes for a hot dog and shaved ice and the hot dog was so over cooked and leathery and the shaved ice was watered down and flavorless. So when I brought the items back the woman refused me a refund. Do not under any circumstances support this business just drive to the one in gardendale it's worth the extra drive.

I couldn't finish my shaved ice :/ it tasted like the syrup was watered down, before the ice even started to melt. Polish sausage had to be pulled apart like it was made from a polymer, it was so tough, not like a typical sausage casing tough. Funnel cake was pretty good though. Order was served quickly and customer service was good, attentive and polite.
