El Coyote is a place your order and pickup type of place. It usually doesn't take long. All the food is fresh. It's made right then and there and you don't have any problems. The husband and wife are have great customer service and I recommend it to anybody, especially if you're in the centerpoint area there. Barria pizzas are delicious

El Coyote Food Truck their food is amazing everything I have ordered from them was far past amazing. I especially love & crave shrimp Ceviche it is so fresh and the sauce is spot on…I love El Coyote food truck!!!

OMG IT IS SO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS EL COYOTE FOOD TRUCK EVERYTHING IS AUTHENTIC THE OWNER IS VERY POLITE HELPS ME WITH MY ORDER HAVE GREAT PATIENCE HIS FOOD NOT ONLY TASTE GREAT BUT ITS ALWAYS FRESH AND HOT I RECOMMEND THIS FOOD TRUCK TO ANYBODY WHO LOVE MEXICAN FOOD MY FAVORITE IS THE CHUCKEN BURRITO AND THE CHICKEN TACOS I LOVE THIS TRUCK I DO NOT GO TO ANYBODY ELSE I WAKE UP IN THE MORNING WANTING EL COYOTE THEY ARE.
