The WORST & I mean the WORST experience ever. I asked for large Knotless shower several pictures. Showed videos and the girl still gave me what she wanted. I stopped going for a few years and now I remember why.

I asked the lady for box braids and she gave me what she wanted to give me I took the braids down the same day and lost a lot of my edges. My 7yrs old daughter got her hair braided the night before. My daughter end up having muscle spasms in her neck and was took the ER because the hair was too heavy. The owner wanted to take a nap in the back I seen and heard her tell the little boy to close the door instead trying to help the situation. The owner said she was going to call it’s been a week I haven’t heard from her yet. I just lost $300 . Never again!!

They are very unprofessional. DON'T go there to get anything done. I went to get a sew in on February 17th and the lady didn't even finish my sew in claimed she had to go get kids from school AFTER i paid her $100. So Zena ( the owner) told me to come back on February 18th at 8am and she will fix it the way it's supposed to be done. Get there at 8am and Zena says to me oh I have to go run a errand. She didn't come back to the shop till after 12pm. And the lady who messed up my hair argued me down about not wanting to fix my hair after she messed it up. Zena never did do my hair she just sat there looking crazy and kept lying saying she was on the way but didn't show up to 4 hours later... and it's like what kind of business you all are running. NEVER AGAIN will I go back to that unprofessional shop. Your customers are always supposed to come first. You don't go run errands and stay gone for hours and leave your customer waiting.... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THEM , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went there at 8:30 didn’t get my hair did until 10:30 . I have dreads and she couldn’t tuck them and she didn’t even braid them right . My dreads was sticking out !! Do not go to them . I ask could I come in the morning she said that’s fine and when I went she told me the only way she could solve it was to cut my hair because it was too thick !! I wasted $300 !!
