A fantastic Mexican food truck that carries meats that you can't always find such as Cabeza and Tripa. My wife had an al pastor burrito which was excellent and I had the Cabeza torta which was even better. The meat was cooked perfectly - tender and seasoned just right. Everything tastes scratch made here. I would post pictures, but we crushed everything before we even thought about it. Located in the parking lot of Pikes Plumbing and Gas. Don’t let this Taco Trailer fool you. It is a gem in disguise, now this is not your typical strip mall Mexican restaurant. This is a street Taco place, meat, cilantro and sweet onions. If you love street tacos you need to make the pilgrimage to HWY 79 and look out for the line of people and white trailer. The Carne Asada that Vargas serves up is tasty and moist, but the kicker is that they include some of the crunchy end...
