Today’s experience at Papa John’s was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, there were four employees present and I was the only customer, yet no one spoke to me or greeted me. I stood there for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence.

Even then, there was an obvious debate among the employees over who would check me out — despite the fact that my order was already prepaid. The complete lack of customer service was not only unprofessional but also very disrespectful. On top of that, the employees were cursing loudly and showed a total disregard for the customers in the store.

This visit made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. I will definitely NOT be returning.

Really congested area, but overall quick pizzas being that im not far away. Ordering online is a must, walk ins can be very confusing. But the staff there always makes sure you leave satisfied.

Parking: Only like 3 or 4 slots, one of which is usually a PJs truck and patrons from the gas station lot they share.

I ordered some pizza, wings and breadsticks last night online . Put my card in and it usually lets you review the order and then press place order, it didn’t let me this time. It erased my card and I had to reenter. Placed order and amount posted to bank. I was able to go to my email to check the order and discovered it did NOT ring in our breadsticks so I called immediately after to add the breadsticks and asked the guy if I could update the tip due to the “add” on and he said sure and then tried and he said it wouldn’t allow him to. It also automatically added a tip to the order without me being able to put the amount that I wanted. Fast forward and the pizza is delivered we sit down and get a knock @ the door and it’s the delivery guy saying it’s x amount and my husband said we already paid online and I double checked and it was in my email as well as posted in our bank account. So he said ok and we told him if there’s any issues to give us call. The GM Crystal called shortly after and as soon as I said HELLO she went off saying that we owed $$ and that they were gonna come and get our pizza etc instead of asking what happened or get an answer from me she did not stop talking .she didn’t allow me to speak even when I tried she kept hollering over me. My husband heard her ranting across the room without it on speaker. She automatically assumed that we stiffed them and was trying to get free pizza or something. We order at least once a month and have never had this issue. I finally had to ask her to be quiet so that I could speak because she was treating us like thieves . Kept saying we are coming to get the pizza when we’ve already paid. I finally said what may have happened and she checked and then was like oh well it looks like with the added sticks that it kicked your card info out. So I said it’s showing posted in our bank. I just said well just run the card again, but apparently they can’t just get my card info again and run it through they had to send the door dasher guy all the way back to get cash because apparently they don’t have the option to use the card that I originally paid with(even with me on the phone to read the numbers off to them) She said they could only accept cash. Luckily I had cash . It would’ve made more sense to void the order that I ordered to begin with and ring the order in again get my card info and not deliver the pizza. But who knows why it was such a mess up. The point of it is don’t assume someone is trying to steal from yall and not let the customer get a word in edge wise without making sure before calling a customer . Their system messed our order and payment up and we were automatically treated like criminals! Never in my life . You guys have lost a loyal customer. The almost 40$ is still showing posted in our bank account on top of the 40$ cash we had to give the driver again. So 80 $ for some pizza.. do your due diligence first before calling a customer screaming and saying you gonna come get their pizza to find out the issue. Thought I was being punked . Extremely disappointed and inexcusable. Very unprofessional! The only reason I put 2 stars is because the food was good. And the dasher was very nice .

Let me tell you! This was the freshest, tastiest WORKS pizza I have had any PJ’s.. The manager- Justin I’m told made this pizza. He should train every employee! Great job!!!

I went into the store to see one man sitting in a chair, and another who was standing at the register... he asked did I have a pickup, and I said no, but I would like to place an order... the guy in the chair said "Oh nah it's after 9 we don't do carryout this late!" Even if that is the truth, why would you not have a sign posted? Either way they lost a good paying customer!!

Upon entry, there were open cans of cat food and cats surrounding the doorway. Once I went into the building, the employees were loud and playing. I ordered my food from the app, and it said my order was "ready for pick up." I ordered my wings well done, they weren't done, they were still in the oven. The "Manager" and a younger girl, I'm guessing she's a cashier, walked into the building smelling like weed. I waited almost 45 minutes for my order to be complete, and the pizza was still made incorrectly.
