Wednesday, approxiately 7.00pm, on 08/27/2025 I visited the drive thru window. My order was chicken wings,red beans and rice, cheese/mac, biscuits. When I got home, I had chicken wings, biscuits, and two containers of cheese/mac. After I paid, I asked for a ticket. The person at the window told me the ticket was in the bag. There was no ticket in the bag. Also, I was not given any table ware or napkins. I tried calling the store to speak with the manager, but no one answered the phone after two calls. I am not asking for free food,. I just want to express how I was treated.

Building smelled bad food cold manager rude very rude I came in at 4:40 to get chicken and I asked for sauce manager had a very nasty attitude about it and said no I even offered to pay for it and still was treated very rudely I drove 10miles just to get Popeyes I hated my experience will be a long time before I try Popeyes again I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to go to Popeyes in center point they also take very long to even give u your food

Ordered a family meal today! In my order I requested 2 wings, 3 thighs and 3 legs for the 8 pcs meal. I got 2 breasts, 2 thighs and 4 wings. I tried to call several times and they would not answer the phone. So in the app you have the opportunity to submit a complaint thru the virtual assist. It generated a compliant and told me to take picture. I did and then it told me that I did not take that picture and it closed my compliant. Nothing is worse than your order being wrong, and then a computer telling you what you did or did not do and makes it a closed case. So needless to say my dinner was not good to me. I very seldom do reviews; but when I do you, better know that I have been wronged! These restaurants need to adhere to the principle of give me what I pay for! Not give me what you want me to have! When any business get that concept we will all get along. Business will boom and everyone will be happy!

Food is always good, unfortunately our order is never complete. It's so bad that we can't remember the last time we picked up an order from this location and didn't have to go back to get the items they forgot.

Obviously the food is good or we wouldn't keep going back, but make sure and double check your order before you leave the store as it is a consistent issue.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.. Im pissed to even say before I started DoorDashing there, I use to eat there and it tasted okay, but to the start DoorDashing there and having to go in the inside OMG ITS SOOOO NASTY IN THERE. Nothing screams cleaned, sanitized or anything. There’s too many young people in there screaming and cursing, walking around rapping music with no gloves on, no hairnets, no decor at all. I’m sooo disappointed because my family loveeee Popeyes and considering the fact that this is the only one on my side of town, I’m upset and disappointed. Smh we have to get more experienced workers in these positions because the management is sad!

Made a DoorDash request from here an never got it order around 9 pm never received my food there were at least 4 dashers that tried to get my food and the last one stated that they were already close and it was only 10:30 at this point it needs to be shut down expeditiously this makes no since whatsoever do better

They don't even deserve a star at all idk if it's bc we are white are what but that black girl was so rude she was eating while talking to us and slammed the door in our face don't worse place ever....

We did have to wait a few minutes for the chicken sandwich but everything was FRESH!!! Everything was delicious, thank y'all!! Then to top it all off, the sweetest woman walked it out to us and her customer service was on point!! She deserves the raise and we will definitely be back to this location very soon.

Ordered 3 chicken meals not one had a biscuit in the box. Last time I ordered the 2 can dine and was missing one mashed potatoes and paid for sauce only to get 1 of them. Everything is always wrong. I can say just like on the menu and still wrong. You left out 3 biscuits today were they not done.

Horrible customer service. I had to repeat my order 4 separate times and they still managed to get it wrong and left a whole combo meal off - but charged for it. Acted like it was a problem to drop some popcorn shrimp to cook at 5pm. This place is run by clowns and goofballs. They suck and don't deserve to be open for business until they train their incompetent staff fully and correctly.

I will never go to another Popeyes again! I went through the drive-thru and purchased the 2-can dine meal I asked if I could have all thighs spicy with 2 orders of mashed potatoes. I paid for and received my order but did not check it before I got home. I opened my box of chicken first and to my disappointment, I received mixed chicken. Fine, I was hungry and didn't feel like going back out. I broke the chicken breast in half and bit it. Luke warm and overcooked. I then looked into the other box to get the mashed potatoes to find 2 biscuits no potatoes. I finally decided I had to take it back. The workers were making TikTok videos and the manager was rude and very much had an attitude. She told me they didn't have enough chicken to give me all thighs. The way she told the cashier to give me my potatoes and asked her what else did I want after that cashier asked her if she was going to give me fresh chicken. Angry is an understatement. I should have asked for my money back. This is the absolute last time I will ever purchase Popeyes.
