Guy on the speak was extremely RUDE. i go all the time to this location and get two thighs… he had an attitude when i asked for two thighs and demanded that my chicken would have to come mixed because of “people in front of me”… and that they’re “about to close” when i literally came a whole hour before close & i had no problem waiting … i usually never have a problem and the workers are usually nice, but this time this wasn’t the case..i asked what all they had left & again he gets an attitude & says “um nothing”. i ended up just driving … im not spending my money somewhere where i can’t even get good customer service!

Attempted to place an order using the drive thru, and not one but 2 female workers proceeded to yell at me while I was placing my order and they proceeded to laugh afterwards. I did absolutely nothing to but place an order. Needless to say, I drove off. I will never return to this location again. If the workers don't know how to simply talk to people, there is no telling what they are doing to the food. They restaurant was rebuilt only to hire trash workers. I have never been yelled at while simply placing an order. If your can't find better people to hire and train, just close down. No one wants to be disrespected while giving their money to a place that can't be respectful.

They are rude and very unprofessional. I understand it's fast food but it's dealing with the public which should render some form of customer service. Popeyes sells it self but the service... Oh and well the area/location definitely plays apart as well as management and leadership.

The person over the speaker in drive thru was very rude. She insisted that I couldn’t pick the pieces of the chicken that I was paying for. I don’t eat white meat and she would not allow me to choose a thigh and leg. She stated that on the weekend their chicken comes mixed. I have never heard of this before especially when I’m spending my money. Popeyes definitely lost a customer tonight

I came in to order a big box. I was inconvenienced by not being able to get the select chicken I wanted because of it being the weekend and it coming mixed. I then tried to order from the original menu and still was not allowed to select my chicken. I then was left to only eat 1 of the 2 pieces of chicken I paid for because I do not eat dark meat.
I had the worst experience from this restaurant than any restaurant I have ever patronized. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches through at the drive thru window. Once I pulled around to the window to pay for my order the lady asked me what was my order. I told her 2 chicken sandwiches. She conversed back and forth with other workers including the order taker. After about 3 minutes a very rude employee came to window and told me that I didn't place a order at the intercom and no she couldn't take my order at the window because she had a line and I had to go back around and order again. I didn't argue with her. I drove off and I made a promise to myself that I will never visit this location ever again in life. Those workers have the worst attitude and disposition I have ever experienced. They are so mean and nasty!!!If you have a nasty way about you and you don't mind getting in arguments with customers. This establishment will definitely hire you!!!!

I originally requested a 3 piece wings and a biscuit the person stated we can’t serve you a “3” piece which was fine so it was told to me I can only get a “two” piece no problem so I requested to pay for an extra wing she said we can’t do it that way ?? Well, did not understand mind you I’m in drive thru so I said just stated give me 2 orders of the two wings and a biscuit then someone else came on the microphone and states “we short of wings we can’t sell you two orders of the two piece wing dinner”! Okay, This is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard for a paying customer so when I got to the drive thru to pay I asked for the manager she said we are limiting the amount of wings because we are short !!! Well I pay for my food open my box in my car and guess what? Feathers (large) were still on the wing and you could not miss it! It was fried in the batter with the grease!!! I came back told the manager she did not apologize she was as NASTY to me as if I cooked the chicken.I will never go back to this location because unfortunately it’s sad when we go outside our neighborhoods and don’t get treated like others but when we are amongst our own race and they show no type of managerial skills nor customer service?**NOTE WAS ABLE TO ADD PHOTO OF FRIED FEATHER ON WING
