They have 2 drive thru windows and only use one which makes service so slow,but the food is pretty good and reasonably priced.

Lady that took our order cut us off by giving a total with a nasty attitude after each item as though to end the order so we never got to finish our order. We got to the window and my husband asked could we get a drink to go with my order and this "female" smarts off to him it don't come with one with her bottom lip hanging down. I don't recall him asking if it came with one,he was asking you to add it to the order. Please get your attitude and drop it in the trash next to this poor excuse for cold food you sent with us. This was 630 pm 11/26/2018,so there should be no doubt which face was representing the chain on the drive through corporate please step in on this location,the shear volume of negative reviews is staggering.

I have never made a visit until 10/20/18. This was the best Rally's I've ever been to. The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was a A+ although they didn't have the funnel cake fries. Lol I will definitely be going back.

I used to eat at the same location as a kid and loved it. Tonight I got the wrong order then was asked to pull to the other side then I get my order finally and its all no good. Fries are old and soggy and I swear the meat wasn't cooked all the way.

They take forever to get your food, they're lazy and they don't care. They're always saying that they are out of everything because they don't want to work. Rally's corporate needs to do something about this.

I ordered a Rally Burger with cheese no mayo and no tomato as well as a chicken bit combo. I got the food and the fries were hard as bricks but I shrugged it off and went home. Got home and I had two spicy chicken sandwich combos. I started not to go back but against my better judgement I did. The young man that came to window was very friendly and knew why I had returned. He apologized and gave me my food. When I got home the burger was wrong SMH... I gave up and put it in the trash. I will never go back. This was my punishment for not cooking today.
