None of them are happy campers about working here🤣 literally every time I go it’s someone new with a new crappy attitude! Just mad at the world & it sucks, bc I love Taco Bell & I’ll rather go to the one furthest from me than this one which is only 3 mins away from home!!!

Service was completely uncalled for. Employees and/or management on the night shift are rude and do not seem to accommodate anything the customer is asking of them. I placed an online order and my food was still made wrong and didn't seem fresh.

Gave me a burnt quesadilla. Had to wait over 30 minutes to remake my order. Gave me a cold taco and the quesadilla. The manager told me I can still eat it cold. I asked for a refund and had to wait 17min. I asked twice for a refund. Had to tell the manager I was going to report her then she finally gave me a refund.

Went to Taco Bell last night ordered two number eight and The loaded steak fries they forgot my steak fries so when I went back in to get it I got 10 fries, a bunch of cheese and a couple slices of steak. People spend too much money in this restaurants to be coming home with this bull crap this is ridiculous.

This store is always overwhelmed every night because they don't have enough staff. Absolutely every restaurant but here has a wait time estimate for online orders to allow customers to be informed and reconsider their online order.

They assume everyone is doordash because who would wait an hour for Taco bell if you're not being forced? It's the biggest tragedy that these low paid workers are absolutely having to stress on a regular basis to get food out with 2 people in the store, 10 or 15 orders on the screen while everyone waiting in line for door dash is being delayed and it results in even more underpaid workers.

Whoever owns this store should be embarrassed and ashamed of this problem.
