Everyone was so nice and professional. The food is great and priced right! Will definitely eat at Zaties again💯

I gave Zaties three seperate tries.The portions were small and the food is just okay. Nothing special!
But it's the rest of whats happening that makes this place a no go for me. First. They price the meats/entrees different. Of course oxtails should be higher but at a meat and two, who expects meatloaf, chicken or baked spaghetti to all have different prices.
Second. This is the type of place that gives you half a spoon full then dips the spoon back in multiple times scooping up little bitty bits to make it look as if they are giving you more. I have eyes!
Yes the staff is friendly but they always have confusion amongst themselves when ordering. They switch places mid task and seem lost on who's doing what. I don't not recommend.

Their food is scrumptious and the portions are big. Their squash casserole is the best I've had in years!

The food use to be good it's not as good now, neckbones need to be cleaned better, bake chicken is dry, cabbage & greens aren't as good, candid yams are to big sometimes hard, not worth the price

The ordering process was professional and seamless. The delivery was right on time and the food was piping hot. Everything we ordered came in generous portions and was delicious. The star dishes were the Lima beans, the yams, and baked spaghetti. Worth every penny. Will definitely have them cater on our next visit to Alabama and highly recommend if you enjoy soul food made the correct way.

I was very disappointed by this place. I had supported there, sent referrals and this last time they gave my order to the wrong person. My card was charged for 70.27 in which door dash attempted to have my items remade and redelivered. I was told by Door Dash they refused. As you all may know, my reviews are trustworthy and I would never bad mouth any establishment unless I was really dissatisfied. Take heed, service is horrible. Go to Nikki's West.

Had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes & gravy, greens, and the squash casserole; absolutely divine! In a town that's blessed with a lot of great soul food places this one definitely stands out!

Today I got the Meatloaf,Yams,Mac&Cheese,Dressing with Gravy with Red Velvet Cake for my Dessert. This is the best Soul food I've had that I can remember in my whole 50yrs & I told Mr Dwight the Manager I FEEL LIKE SANGING like Suug Avery!! ??? Keep doing what yall doing my brother preparing such good food & the Servers are always so polite ,Patient & professional. I have friends coming into town next weekend for my bday & im bringing them to get some more good food....
