No waiters. I call this self serve. No ribs, brisket available for a BBQ place. The cheese steak, fried tenderloin, and onion rings were fantastic.

Drove all the way from Boaz today. I ordered the BBQ sandwich with an order of onion rings and a sweet tea. Everything was excellent!!!! The employees were very friendly! Will most definitely go back the next time I’m in Centre!!!!!

Very nice people. Okra was good.catfish was good and cooked the way I asked.shrimp was a very nice nice. Pinto beans needed ALOT of seasoning. Corn bread was good.

So to say this is a bbq joint is a little bit of a stretch at best. Anytime you go into a bbq restaurant and their meat is pre-sauced should tell you everything you need to know about the place. The meat should speak for itself without sauce. Any BBQ lover knows this. Sides. They are all pre-frozen items. Nothing homemade. Service? Well there is none. You order your food, you go get it, then you clean up after yourself. Atmosphere. Wood benches, meh. Long story short, this place solely exist because its a small town with really no competition. I mean its okay in a pinch but I would make the drive to elsewhere to get quality BBQ, this is not the place for it. If you liked bbq sandwiches back in high school this will be your type of place. Same taste. Same quality.
Amazing home cooked food. That half smoked chicken is my fav and the catfish. Amazing food, great service. We eat there at least once a week.

Food is spot in! They could not slice the fried squash so thin but other than that the first time we ate here there was a rude employee that if the food wasn't so amazingly good I wouldn't have went back. Every other person that we've had contact with has always been so nice and sweet except her.
