too much wrong with this place! where do I begin, waited 10/15 minutes before we were acknowledged. waited another 5 minutes for the waitress. the waitress was horrible, and she screwed up our order and then uncharged us for food that was listed on the Breakfast deal. we spent over 35$ for food that was cold and not cooked to order. This is the 3rd time we have tried this place and believe me, we will Not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.

I called about a wrong online order whether computer messed up or whatnot, I was snapped at by the most rude employee I've ever encountered in Centre! Her name is Michelle , not only did she not listen, she said she wasn't doing anything about it to talk to mgr in a very rude tone . I went to the restaurant and she was rude in person as well saying she wasn't even supposed to answer the phone . Why did she then ? There was only a few tables. I've worked at a similar place and I believe If she would have simply listened to me on the phone about their mess up and fixed it. There would have been a better turn out. I regret even tipping and I would like a complete refund. 1st and last time I'll ever try to order a thing from this place! I'm speaking to management in the morning. I didn't even get any food.

Came in for a late dinner with wife and two young sons. Rod and Josh went above and beyond. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. I had the chicken fried steak hash brown casserole. Substituted sunny side eggs for scrambled. Absolutely perfect. Rod went above and beyond by putting PlayStation symbols on my son’s waffle. After overhearing us talking about gaming. Will 100% return to this specific Huddel House. Due to how well everything was tonight.
