Apparently understaffed and having some issues, waited inside to order for approximately 5 minutes, decided to go somewhere else, they had ran out of ranch dressing for another customer and they said it could be 30 minutes or more before they could make any, said there was only 4 of them working. Hopefully their day gets better.

The Mister and I frequent this restaurant, on nearly a daily basis, different times of day. Just picked up a Big Jack combo with a small milk shake that had two hard white plastic shards in it. Check your milkshake blender, please. Tried to call but the call doesn't go through. I ordered no salt fries and couldn't eat them because of the salt. Please do better. Please.

Went through the drive through today, got the food and pulled into a parking space to eat. Finished eating and pulled around to the dumpster to get rid of bag and wrappers. Female employee was sitting on curb with cell phone and smoking , asked if she would throw the bag in the dumpster, she replied NO, its private. Told her it was from Jack's , doesn't matter, it's private and and went back to her phone and cigarette.
I have eaten at this Jack's once and twice a week for a few years. Not likely to go back if any other restaurants are open.
I could have just thrown the bag out the window at the parking space , thought I was being helpful by carrying it to the dumpster. This employee is costing you customers.

For a right good burger and biscuit place, they also have GREAT Fried Chicken! During the Pandemic they got some bad reviews, who didn't? All my experience there has been; good, fresh and inexpensive food.

We were acknowledged once in line which is more than I can say for the Collinsville and Fort Payne Jacks. I miss the quick, friendly acknowledgement and service I had been used

The biscuits were hard, I did not receive what I ordered and had to.return.back.to.the counter. An employee in the restroom did not wash her hands. The floor in.the restaurant was filthy. The tea containers tops were not closed. Need anything else?

Had lunch at Jacks today. I got the #6 combo and my husband got the 3 piece chicken meal . His sides were slaw and French fries. Everything was delicious. Service was quick and workers were friendly.Parking: We were in a pick up truck pulling a trailer of logs.There was plenty of space to park .
