Food was not what I ordered. Mash potatoes was ice cold Cole slaw was hot like it came out of the oven. Fires was cold and hard. Chicken was so cold and grins/ greasy. Never get what i order. Look like it time to get someone to train correctly or shut the doors to the restaurant. This is serveral times this is been an issue.

The workers were so polite and nice. We had a big order for our family of 9 (we were traveling) and service was still quick and correct. Food tasted great - my husband even said it's some of the better KFC we've had in a very long time. We must have come in right after the dinner rush as a few tables were dirty (but all empty besides 1).

When they’re on their game it is fine, but more often than not you will be waiting 15+ minutes. Either that or it will be like tonight where we show up 40 minutes before close and all they have is nuggets and three wings. Like offer to cook it? Please? My pregnant wife was not happy.

Not a good kfc if you want a meal in a reasonable amount of time. They ask at the drive thru if you want a tenders meal? No thank you I would like a pot pie. There will be a 22 min wait.. ok so I’ll have some tenders.. sorry can you pull up it will be a few minutes… please keep food cooked.. you are a fast food restaurant and it is 6 pm.. 😳

On behalf of our Lord Jesus I just wanted to say thank you for an excellent meal here at the Kentucky fried Chicken, in Central Alabama.
My husband and I came through and got 2 spicy chicken sandwiche combos, no one was in line at the time. The women, who I assume was the manager because she was the only one in all black, had a very passive aggressive attitude, and told us to pull up to the line. We waited at the line for 5-10 minutes and then had to pull into the parking lot because the car behind us had finished ordering and gotten their food. We waited another 10 minutes watching them stand around the kitchen from the parking lot. When we finally got our food, the same women came out with it, again with a passive aggressive attitude and gave it to us. Everything was made correctly and as ordered but it wasn’t even fresh when we got it which you would think would be the case since we had gotten pulled up. And the chicken was dry. We will not be returning to this kfc as this is reoccurring issue.

I ordered onlineat 711pm. Est time to be ready 740pm. We got their to pu first told that was an approximate time OK but then she said you should’ve called in. They haven’t even dropped the chicken yet to be cooked. Be another 16 minutes, but took 25.. They brought out two bags. Assume the order was right my mistake. I ordered 2 16 piece meals. I received two buckets of six pieces of chicken and each only four sides. They didn’t get my chicken tender. Order Either. had to go back and get the rest of the chicken 20 minute ride back 20 minute ride back home did not get to eat till approximately 9 o’clock had 13 people waiting very upsetting. There was no customers in the store so there was absolutely no excuse for this to . Also, I was told they left two bags out but when we got there to get the bags, they were just now putting them together so twice so we were lied to unacceptable customer service. Very disappointed

Just overheard the district manager commending a couple employees and giving them a gift card for achievements. I would definitely eat here again just because of that. (Take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers.) And the food is great so that's also a plus.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are small tables with movable chairs so one could use a wheelchair or mobility device easily
