Food is always good and fresh. The last few times my bag has been shoved to me and said have a good day. I understand that it’s cold and they want to shut the window but this time they left out my egg McMuffin was regular bacon. The only complaint that I have is that I’ve tried calling numerous times, but it goes to a fax machine. I did go Website and put it in. But it would be nice to have a local number and they pick up.

The atmosphere was cozy. It was very warm inside compared to thr Summerville Mcds. I like how this one was set up. I ordered the 20 pc nuggets with basket of fries (thinking they had the deal here, but didn't) A basket of fries was right at $5. Dayummm. I ordered the LG blue raspberry freeze drink & she mixed the strawberry in with it. I mentioned it & she made another one just blue & so I had 2. She was really sweet. I just wished the food would of been fresh. Overall, I enjoyed it. The play area was full of kids having a blast.

The online order is a joke. The employees are rude. They don’t get in a rush for nothing but they don’t mind pulling you up so that the timer looks like they got you out at a decent time. Sometimes I would order my food on the way there 20 minutes would go by I’d arrive and I would still wait 2030 minutes for my foodso all in all over an hour mobile order

It is truly staggering the amount of times they mess your order up. Missing food, Missing sauce. Everyone’s cutting up and laughing and then hands you a bag of subpar MCDONALDS. I keep coming here cause I’m fat, but please hire some half intelligent people.

i came through the drive thru earlier, service was quick however the food was not good or even close to fresh. we ordered sweet tea, and was handed unsweet. usually we don't expect much when coming to fast food places however we do expect the bare minimum. the lady on back cash was also quite rude. for spending $10+ a person for very little food it was quite bad. needs immense work and staff need to be retrained on how to be polite.

Never in your entire life come here if you expect to eat before you die of starvation. I’m not kidding when I say that every single time I have ever come here, I have had to pull to the side and wait for them. You could probably pay them in Monopoly money and they wouldn’t even notice. If you must eat here make sure you show up with some form of entertainment and a full tank of gas.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been too! Ordered food on the mobile app and went through the drive thru to pick it up, employee couldn’t get the code to work, so the manager wanted me to order the food again AFTER I already paid for it. When I refused to order it again, the manager asked me to see the screen on my phone and started clicking buttons and CANCELED my order. She stated I’m not sure why it would cancel your order, knowing she is the one who canceled it. I will not be back! Do better!!

Every time I go through the Drive Thru I never get napkins nor ketchup. If I am asked to pull in to one of the waiting spot they never bring napkins nor ketchup. Have to ask them for it so they walk back in to get it. It is just common sense to include these simple items. Sometimes I don't even get a straw! Next time I am going inside and ask for the manager. Yesterday my Double-Double was thrown together so the bun and meat were dis-shoveled. Unbelievable how they treat the food and customers!
