Was poorly served by the server Jaiden our table had to ask for straws and silverware which was thrown at us. Had ask to get certain parts of our order multiple times. The cook was on his phone while cooking. Overall bad experience wouldn't recommend

My father got banned from here for having an accident. I was told they couldn’t do that to customers. My mother and him have been loyal customers for years. My mother had just passed away. He went to eat there one morning and got sick. He did not know that was going to happen. So I made a complaint. Let me add that he’s also elderly. I finally got a phone call, the man did not ask me who my father was or who I was. Therefore he had no idea who my father was, could have been anyone. My father had one accident and they’re trying to say it’s happened multiple times. Why would my elderly father lie? The man was insistent and will not let my father eat inside anymore. I have never heard of any restaurant doing this to anyone. People have accidents, nobody can predict when they are going to be sick. My father was fine and then he had an accident. I can understand if it was intentional but it wasn’t. But I was told by another waffle house employee they can not do this to him. So are they going to ban everyone that has an accident?

The best Waffle House experience I ever had! I was greeted with smiles and felt welcomed immediately. A very safe and clean environment. Kristy’s service was excellent! The food was cooked perfectly by Trey and Katie. The was no grease left behind on my plate like usual when I eat at other locations. Overall great experience. Will drive out of my way to return. Friendly service with a smile!!

About 5 or 6 years ago, we ate at this place and the cook really didn't look like he was concerned about cleanliness. I don't know how long he worked there, but we didn't eat there for a long while after witnessing that particular employee. This place has really cleaned up and we have been eating there for breakfast every Sunday for about 6 months or more now. The servers there are all very nice. They smile and seem glad to see us every time we walk in. We have our favorites of course, but haven't had bad service any time we have eaten there. And all of the current cooks look and seem very clean. We love Waffle House in Centre AL. Update: just ate there this morning and had same great service and food! This place is very clean. Even though it was packed, it didn't take long for our server to greet us, take our order or get our food. Little tip, if you order the All Star Breakfast, tell them not to bring the waffle until right before you're ready to eat it. We have always just let it sit on the table and ate it after the rest of our food. Not anymore! It's like Hot Now Doughnuts at Krispy Kreme! That was the best waffle ever!
