I ordered a Grinch meal and didn't get anything that was right but my drink. Then sat here calling and noone wants to answer for me to complain. Then send my ex to to store and they don't even have the socks like really! Really disappointed like this isn't the first time my order was wrong but also the attitudes. Fix this McDonald's

Absolutely the worst McDonald's around, and that's saying something. Nothing is ever right. Either the order is completely wrong or half the food is missing. When u bring it to their attention they act like ur trying to get free food or something. NOOOO!!!!! I just want what i f'n paid for. Just ordered 2 chocolate shakes and one strawberry. Surprise the ice cream machine actually worked today!!! Get the shakes and one looks like vanilla. I asked is that the strawberry. The guy, and I use that term very loosely, laughed and said yes idk why it looks that way. Well I know!!! U didn't put any strawberry in it!!!! The owners obviously don't give 2 shits either bc there are tons of complaints and nothing ever changes.

Terrible service!!! I called my order out three times asked for extra caramel on my frappe get to the window and the woman was rude from the start!!! When I mentioned I ask for extra caramel she rolled her eyes and said no the heck you didn’t and walked away my food was also cold I will not be back!!!!

QSR is not an easy job as I understand. However the extensive wait for my order was a little uncalled for and then upon receiving my order and getting home I find my burgers with the appropriate grill slips attached and my order still incorrect. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the young lady was super helpful and nice. I’ve heard nightmare stories about this location and have no tried it until today and alas my order was not made correct. I understand the monotony of the job and the fast pace you’re trying to work but when you have a grill slip attached to the wrapper let’s just triple check the order. I hope with this new location opening there will be some changes made to better this location. We can do better, let’s pay attention please!
