Servers were amazing and kind, atmosphere was very plain, wasn't busy, food was mid and the steak was burnt and crunchy

I visited that Applebee's three times in 11 years. Each time I ordered a steak cooked rare. Out of the three times I visited I found the service and atmosphere to be excellent. Now let's get to what I ordered.Two out of the three times the steak was almost too tough to chew and the third time it was so tough they told me the meal was on them. I talked to several people about that particular Applebee's and I was told to order anything on the menu but the steak. The story isn't over because I will be going back to the restaurant to order something other than steak from the menu.As you can see from the five stars I checked, the employees and the atmosphere are great. The next visit I hope to bring the two stars for the food up to maybe a 4 or 5. All I can say is to be continued.

Did a pickup order and they forgot mexiranch sauce that comes with chicken fajita roll up this is twice that this applebees has not lived up to how chicken fajita roll ups have been in past.

Service is horrible food is cold and the wait was long and I’m here tonight they wouldn’t make it right at all we ordered drinks at the bar and never received them yall need to do better if you want your store to remain open

We were seated at a dirty table and asked to be moved. We came in for the dollar margaritas per an email I got. We were informed that this is not a corporate store, and they don't honor it. We went a gead and ordered the margaritas. When they came, there was no salt or lime for them. We asked for a salted rim and limes and told that they would bring some. After 20 minutes, I finally got up and returned them to the bar. I told them could could bring us correctly made margaritas. When they brought them back, the rims were heavy over salted without limes. We will not go back to this location.

Food was cold & hard as a rock. Very poor service, it took over an hour for our food to get here with little to no people in here, never got a drink refill once. Once the food got here it was not warm. Took 20 minutes once we were seated to even get our drink order taken. I had to get up and go find the host to get ranch because our server was no where to be found.This place has went down hill.

Waited a long time before we had a server, it was not busy at the time and they seemed to be fully staffed. Extremely long wait between ordering drinks and food. Ordered a mixed drink (martini) didn't receive that until after our meal was brought to us and it was horrible. It was not made correctly. My father took it up to the bar himself, never could tell the server because we never saw her again until she brought the check. The inconsistency in a server is just not appreciated by customers. We should not have 3 different servers coming to us. I do understand that things happen, Im not sure what was the problem that day, it could have been handled differently.
