The drive thru lady was very rude. Seemed overall unhappy to be there. I asked her if she could fill my Bo rounds closer to the top because my family was sharing them. She informs me that they can only put 10 borounds in the family pack of bo-rounds that costs over $5 including tax. I said okay… when I got home, my husbands gravy biscuit only had one tiny piece of sausage in it. I paid for a side of sausage to go with his gravy biscuit. They didn’t even put that in our bag. So we had to cook meat for him to have with his gravy biscuit at home. We each had 2 Bo rounds. It’s sad the way customer service is at some of these fast food places. But I’ve always loved coming here and had never had an issue until this Sunday morning 7/06/25. After waking up with our refrigerator on 72 degrees and most likely already have to throw all of our food that we had just bought away, this was a very unpleasant experience with Bojangles today! Also, I called to speak with the manager. The call was disconnected and tried calling back several times only to be forwarded continuously to a messaging service. Very unprofessional.

I came here only to get peach cobbler, and by it being early in the morning, I was hoping that it was fresh, but I was disappointed. The peaches 🍑 had been sitting there or it was over cooked and can cause them to change colors.

I came in at 9:30 for breakfast. Normally, they let me get fries. The cashier said they did not have fries. While we were eating, they were giving other people fries. Ugh.

I guess I got lucky after reading all the bad reviews. I never really eaten bounties but got an 8 piece today mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw and Mac n cheese. I’ve always eaten Popeyes spicy chicken but those clowns leave off half the order every time. Bojangles chicken had a little heat and spice like I like , the sides were great. The chicken was juicy and the breading not too crisp and not too slimy like kfc. I can’t wait to get some more

I spoke with JT after getting to work about my purchase. Horrible. Crumbly, dry cold biscuits. I told him I'd repeat on Monday morning. We'll see. Boo. Made me sad.
Morning shift is awesome everytime I come threw the drive thru the 3 ladies that greet me are always smiling and laughing it’s just really a good space to be in during the morning now nightshift needs a little work they just be looking lost in the night idk what there problem is.

The food is fine for a fast food place. However, I can’t understand why it is so hard to read a ticket and put the correct food in a bag. Unfortunately I have to say an Elementary school student could do a better job. Staff, take some pride in your work.
