It was really crowded.. so obviously the service is slow but I was supposed to pick up at the food at 1007 and its 10:15 and I'm still about 5 or 6 people behind so, but you know what you get when you get here, it's good food it's just you know really slow

American Fiery

Ordered 2 Cajun fila biscuits and it was under cooked, and it was certainly not fresh. The people there are nice but someone needs to show them how to fry chicken the right way.

We ordered a family meal through their website for dinner. The website said it would be ready by 6:45. We got to the curbside parking area early, probably close to 6:30. I checked in and an employee came out to tell me it would be another 20 minutes on the chicken. I was okay with that since we were early. We sat in the parking lot until 7 pm. Finally I called and I heard a female in the background say “I’m so sorry!” several times after I asked about my order. It came out a minute later. They said the chicken “just came out”, but either way I think they forgot about my order. Fried chicken doesn’t take 45 minutes to cook. They weren’t that busy.

The chicken was good, though. The mashed potatoes came with white gravy, but the picture online showed brown. The fries were insanely salty. Biscuits were hot and fresh.

Not sure we’ll be back though because it would have been more convenient to go into Publix and get fried chicken there. Cheaper, too!

Staff that was cooking the food is quick. Staff putting the food in bags is slow. You don't need to ask me multiple times what I ordered. You should have some kind of system in place where you fill the orders based on a receipt or a screen.

The food was good. The restaurant itself was clean. But the company needs to consider hiring staff that know how to move with a purpose.

Sight or ziggy at the window needs to pay better attention. She got our order completely wrong. I eat healthy most of the time but splurge every now and then- nothing is more annoying when your cheat meal is messed up. Bojangles had gotten better. I hope this line employee isn’t a reflection on their service again.

Stopped by the drive thru on our way home. Was asked to pull forward which we figured they were cooking the chicken. Food was good and hot when we got home. Only gave 4 stars though because the meal was missing the biscuit which was disappointing.
