It was really crowded.. so obviously the service is slow but I was supposed to pick up at the food at 1007 and its 10:15 and I'm still about 5 or 6 people behind so, but you know what you get when you get here, it's good food it's just you know really slow

We ordered a family meal through their website for dinner. The website said it would be ready by 6:45. We got to the curbside parking area early, probably close to 6:30. I checked in and an employee came out to tell me it would be another 20 minutes on the chicken. I was okay with that since we were early. We sat in the parking lot until 7 pm. Finally I called and I heard a female in the background say “I’m so sorry!” several times after I asked about my order. It came out...

Stopped by the drive thru on our way home. Was asked to pull forward which we figured they were cooking the chicken. Food was good and hot when we got home. Only gave 4 stars though because the meal was missing the biscuit which was disappointing.
