Always a solid choice to grab some boneless wings, tenders, and fries! I love the variety of sauces. My husband likes his plain and I like mine sauced so we appreciate that we can have multiple flavors in a big order of boneless wings.

I went to order dinner to go sat down and had a drink at the bar. Had good conversation with many that was there. 50 minutes went by and still no food! Asked about the wait and response was I will check on it I finally had enough and asked how much I owed for the drink! Paid $15 .00 cash for the drink and told them not to charge my credit card for the meal as I gave to them so I could get out due to the wait time. I left with no food and contacted their corporate office which was supposed to contact me with in 48 hours and never heard from them!!! Since they have charged my credit card for no services and now I have to deal with my account to cancel charges if you patronize this establishment, please be warned of the service your likely to get. BY THE WAY, DURING THIS. HALF THE BAR LEFT DUE TO TREATMENT I RECEIVED.......

I love bdubs, but I’ve had a couple experiences at this location where my online order was wrong (whether it be wrong or no seasoning, miscounted wings, etc). The staff, food, and environment is great, just double check the food when you receive a mobile order

I placed an order at 5:39 PM today, fully aware that it would likely take some time since it's a busy Saturday with college football. I asked for a 6:50 PM pickup time and arrived at 6:46 PM, not expecting the food to be ready immediately. However, I watched as a group that arrived with me received their food and left. At 7:02 PM, I was told my order was being bagged, but I continued to wait while another group came in, received their food, and left.
During this time, I overheard the kitchen repeatedly asking for items from my order, including a kid's meal. By 7:20 PM, I was frustrated as I still hadn’t received my food, and now a third group had arrived and was waiting. I finally received my food at 7:28 PM, only to find several items lukewarm and the fries cold. The person at the counter forgot to give me the ranch I ordered, and when he handed me five as if it was a favor, I had to remind him I actually ordered 10.
I tried to stay polite but decided to speak to a manager. The manager blamed an unexpected large party and a broken printer, which didn’t explain why others received their orders within 10 minutes while I waited almost 40. To top it off, once I got home, I realized an item was missing. Unfortunately, this was my first and will be my last experience here.

No wait for a table, food was great as always, friendly staff.
We went in about 4:30 seated drink order taken got drinks ordered food. But then our waitress never came and refilled our drinks she stood at the next table the entire time we ate I emptied my tea glass and sat it on end of table still did not come my spouse finished his and I rattled the ice before she ever came over to ask if we needed anything.

Best Buffalo Wild Wings in town by far! Wings always come appropriate sized or bigger smothered in sauce (how I prefer it). Staff is friendly and always reasonably attentive, especially when busy.
