Every table was dirty and I had to wipe off the one I sat at. The drink station was disgusting and had barely any lids. The food was disgusting, dry, hard and burnt. I had to get a whopper remade 3 times and was still wrong. Whole place needs a deep clean, it’ll be a miracle from God if I don’t have food poisoning later. Entire staff and management needs to be fired and replaced

Same issue as most all of these fast food establishments in Chelsea.
You can have it your way … as long as your way is exactly how the item is made on the menu.
It doesn’t matter what you ask them to leave off it will still come with everything on it.
And the same as the other establishments, it’s extremely frustrating because when you use the mobile app, it should remove any in all miscommunication.
I don’t believe it’s caused by anything else other than a complete lack of care.
I could understand if it was the price like it was 20 years ago when I was going to Burger King and I could spend five bucks and leave out loaded but holy smokes with the prices of everything now it should at least be correct .

The fries were very salty for my taste. The bun for the cheeseburger was very toasty, almost burnt

Typical BK food. The other one on 280 near 459 already shut down. It was always chaotic and slow there. I imagine this one won't stay open too much longer. Never see many cars there. BK has lost touch with what good service is. Killing their brand.

All of the exterior lights were off so you could barely see anything in the parking lot. I waited a long time at the drive thru and was never acknowledged so I drove up to the window. The lady was annoyed that she had to take my order even after I explained that no one answered at the kiosk. She asked me to pull up to wait for my 4 items and I specifically asked for 2 sauces at the window and she said ok. When she brought my food out they were missing. I had to nack up to the window and honk my horn to get someone to acknowledge me. The whole time I was there there were 3 customers. Myself the car in front of me and one that came after. It's not hard to remeber 2 sauces when they are not even busy. Getting someone's order RIGHT is the most important part of the job. This was a horrible experience but I'm not surpised.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had my chicken sandwich. Just the way I liked it. I really appreciated that!!!
I wanted to leave a good review, the girls working here are always so kind to me and my family, the food is hot and fresh, The only thing I would say negative as I wish the playground area was cleaned (like a deep power wash and steam clean) lol but otherwise it’s a great location to me!

This Burger King is supposed to open at 06:30 but twice a few weeks apart I have stopped at the drive-thru at 07:00 and nobody was working. I honked my horn after sitting there a while and nobody came to take my order. As I drove off, I looked in window and didn't see any employees inside but a car was in the parking lot. I told a friend about it and she said that she was trying to order food and nobody took her order and she looked in the window and saw two employees having a wet towel fight with each other.

Decent burger. Why do my fries always come out cold?

To start this off, the lobby was open. I walked in and tried to order and they very rudely kicked me out and said “drive through only“ So I proceeded to try and order through the drive through. I sat there for 5 whole minutes and no one answered me. So I drove around and looked through the window, and all the employees were laughing at me as I drove past. I work all day and was excited to eat at a rodeo burger, only to be rudely ignored and not served. The only thing I said to them was “hey how is it going?”, when I went inside to order.
I ordered online, after arrival, waiting 5-10 minutes 2-3 workers with their backs to counter, I finally said hello anyone home, she gave me my order. The food was thrown together, I was going to bring it back but when you order via app, they won't refund your money. You have to email corporate and I just marked it as a place to avoid..
