Breakfast food was fresh... The young man at the window this morning was very pleasant and polite. Then a woman came on the drive-thru speaker and she was loud and obnoxiously rude towards him and myself. I don't even know why she felt the need to interject and take over the speaker, as the young man was doing extremely well at his job. I felt bad for the young man. She seems unpleasant to work with. I understand things get busy and hectic. I appreciate hard working folks, and the food was really good. That's why the 4-star rating ... But there's absolutely no excuse for her behavior. Lady really needs to dial it down a notch.

they charged me same amount for different size frozen cokes, I buy one ever week, last week it was a orange striped bigger cup, today it was a smaller brown stripe, both cost me $1.75. this has happen more than once. Also I ask for the jr whooper duo special. The 2-jr whooper duo sign was still up on the big widow, but the man said it went off special this morning but i was there after 12-pm. That is false advertising, and I pointed out the sign should be taken down. They need to change the ink, my receipt is unreadable, so I can't give a review to bk corp.

On Thanksgiving day we looked on the Door Dash site and only a few places were open. Burger King was shown as open. We love the Impossible Burgers so we ordered. The order was shown as picked up and then shown as delivered. We watched the driver on the screen but he did not come to our house. He went home and never notified us that no lunch was coming. We called him and he said Burger King was closed but he reported the meal as delivered "so that he could get his tip". We reported this to Door Dash and they gave us a credit but took no action against this guy. Instead They required us to give a signature on future orders. Unreal. In the meanwhile this guy is still out there stiffing people I would have been happy to give this guy his tip for his trouble but he chose to screw us and door dash instead.Not Burger King's fault by the way.

The front counter and all of the staff at Burger King at Chelsea are so rude that it is sickening my husband went to go get us some lunch like literally probably 30 minutes ago and the bag ripped and he went back to show them what was going on and instead of just making the whole order fresh again like you're actually supposed to because I've worked many fast food restaurants and Ben told many times to just redo their order at no cost because it's already been paid for how ridiculous it is that they actually run it back up and the front counter dude apparently paid some of it but he didn't have enough and ask my husband to repay a portion of it which I think is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard any restaurant that I've ever been to and something like this has happened they redid my order for free they need to shut down the Burger King in Chelsea and just do a Chick-fil-A because honestly they taste better even though they're closed on Sundays which is probably one reason why they have so many customers during the week because they are actually closed on Sundays and God's actually pleased with that because you are supposed to keep the seventh day holy and Worship the Lord so as for the Burger King in Chelsea I suggest you go to a different location because they are rude they are money hungry and they are ridiculous we will not be going back to this Burger King ever again shut it down and make it something else that's worthwhile they did not double fry mine and my mom's onion rings for the remake what they should have done was take the receipt and just redid the whole order for nothing and not be so rude about it and one time on a different occasion my son ordered chicken nuggets they didn't even put the chicken nuggets in there all he had to eat was the fries and we called and complained and we were told that if we could come back but we would have to repay for the chicken nuggets like what no I'm not doing that we decided to give them a second chance so guess what honey two strikes day out like I normally do three strikes in your house but no on this one too they're done with please make this into a Chick-fil-A that is way better and way more polite than this Burger King shut it down now and I do expect to hear from the manager as soon as possible because this is stupid service sucks food was not good at all I've had better Burger King and Inverness or in Pelham so Chelsea just needs to shut it down make it something else make it something like way more tastier or they need to get their act together and get some actual people that know what they are doing because they act like such Generation X that is retarded as heck God knows what their mother was doing while pregnant with them because clearly they have zero brain cells

The front register was not being used. So we waited till the drive thru worker noticed us and gave our order to the manager that was working. The air was not on, and it read 76 degrees in the lobby on the thermostat. They didn't have onion rings and were slow to get or order out even though there were only 2 other people in the restaurant. 2 whopper meals both small sized and over 19 bucks. I think you would be better off driving by this one. Like eating outside with the air not working.
