Ridiculously poor service. The rudest drive thru person ever! So super rude to us that we drove off after she told us "it doesn't work like that" after she could t understand or take our order. Management needs to get control and FAST! And they were not busy at all.

A 1 star because I can't go lower! Stopped by here for lunch just after 11 today. Was handed cold food at the drive in window, plus made me wait! I waited on cold food! Horrible food,horrible service!!!!!

I stopped going because I got tired of seeing the managers SCREAMING at teenagers working there every time I went. Not sure how this place keeps an employee for more than a day. Whoever owns it or is over this area needs to get their head in their business and see what kind of people they have "managing" this location.

I pulled up to the drive through at 9:50, lights were still on and they told me they were closed. Hours posted on the door said until 10 pm. I get that it's almost closing but don't post hours and not actually be open during that time.

They did not have bananas. I got a banana split with no bananas. But they gave me extra toppings to make up for it, so it was okay! They told me as soon as they found out. The staff was very friendly! I would have posted a picture, but I ate it to fast

Was given a "freshly made" Blizzard at this location and told it had melted a little "because of the heat," even though it's an air conditioned building? I was hoping to drive home to put it in my freezer to firm up, but turning onto my home road made the top portion spill into my cup holder. I bought two blizzards from there just now. This is what $9.88 gets you. The store won't answer their phone and corporate is closed until Monday, so I'm posting on here.

Came through the drive thru. The wait was really long and if there had been another fast food place next door, I would have gotten out of line. I ordered a cheeseburger meal with a drink. The people at the drive thru window were really nice and professional so big kudos to the workers on Thursday night. As for the food, my burger was OK. It was very dry, maybe a little overcooked. The French fries were hot but not my favorite fast food fries. The drink that came with my meal was pretty small considering what other fast food places give you.

This location is spotless. The people that work there are friendly, helpful and eager to get your order correct and hot. They're not allowing people to dine in but you can walk in and place your order and take it to go.

My daughter has really been wanting to try the frosted animal cookie blizzard. We stopped by about 5 minutes after they opened today to get it for her. I sat at the drive thru for five minutes and was about to pull off when someone walked up to me and told me the manager hadn't showed and they couldn't open because they didn't have a key. We went back a few hours later because I didn't want my daughter to be disappointed, but I was not impressed. The ice cream itself was good.

Went by recently while restaurants are still slowly opening. The one closer to our house is already open inside, patio, and drive thru. This location had the drive thru, but the dining room was closed. We didn't really want to eat in the car, and we noticed the patio seating had every other table taped off, but the entrance to the patio was open, so we assumed it was okay. A worker inside saw us when we sat, but just checked to make sure the dining room was locked and walked away. Fortunately we sat out there about an half an hour and were able to eat our whole meal before another worker came and told us the entire patio was closed. Ok--no biggie. Edit: It was just confusing because if the entire outdoor seating was closed, why only block off half the tables, and why not block the entrance to it? Also--other local DQs are allowing outdoor seating. So again, no biggie, just not super clear. (And BTW, the national website indicates this location DOES have outdoor seating available, but not dine-in at this time.) Food was consistent DQ fare. We had a $6 Buck burger lunch with a strawberry sundae, and a Chicken Bacon Ranch. Chicken Bacon Ranch is a great option if you want something indulgent but not shocking. I actually usually skip the ranch, because the cheese and bacon with the chicken on ciabatta is fantastic.

Dropped in for lunch today and was really pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the location. The gentleman at the counter was exceptionally friendly, helpful and even made suggestions that were a cost savings. I was actually a littles stunned to find this level of customer service and engagement in a "fast food" establishment. The foot arrived so quickly that my first thought was, "this is going to be cold." Wrong. Hot and met my expectations. This unit is clean and well staffed. Recommend!

1/2 price customer appreciation today. Great fast staff and good food. Had chili cheese dog, corn dog, blizzard of the month and butterscotch dipped cone.

Had a craving one Saturday night. Ordered a Medium Reese Blizzard to share. It was pretty good and full of Reese pieces. The workers were prompt. This location was nice and seemed clean. I will be back.
