This is really unfortunate. If I have a choice, Domino's is always the one I choose. But recently, they either don't make it right (all the toppings on one side or piled in the middle) or when they do, something doesn't taste right. Of course all that depends on if I even GET TO ORDER IT. And tonight is a perfect example. Online says "lobby is closed for carry-out and online ordering is temporarily unavailable". I've called them many times over the past hour and a half and get nothing. I could maybe understand if it's superbowl weekend or something but, no. And this is far from the first time this has happened and with multiple branches!! Seriously guys, do you NOT want my money? Well, Papa Johns does, so thats where I'll go from now on

I recently visited this Domino’s location after placing an order through the app. The tracker kept me updated on my pizza’s progress, which made the experience even more convenient.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff. My wait was short as my pizza was being completed, and during that time, I observed a well-organized and hardworking team. Delivery drivers were efficiently coming in, picking up orders, and heading out, keeping everything running smoothly.
The atmosphere was professional, and the restaurant itself was spotless—both inside and out. Everything was well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience.
I highly recommend this location for great service and a seamless ordering experience!

Very rude employee, would not honor what they said they would do. Pepper's put on pizza after asking that they don't put on there. Employee argued with my husband that it was bell Pepper's and not hot pepper but we tasted and it was hot pepper. Employee was very disrespectful to my husband. Dominos needs to learn customer service basics

Had to reach out to compliment the guy Sam, he's the reason I keep coming back nowadays with so many pizza options in Chelsea!
They will not deliver to a house 6 miles away (12 min drive). They informed me their delivery range is shrinking all the time so might want to plan ahead if you wanted delivery.

I come to Chelsea Dominios often due to working right up the road. I have never had a problem in the past. I always make my order on the app and when it says ready I come pick it up, today I pull up to pick it up and they tell me oh we haven't even put it in the oven. I showed them on my tracker where it said it was ready. They told me it would be 10 mins and I would have to pull up.
Good food just not much room to set and eat that's all

I just found out they overcharged by $25. This is ridiculous. My order with tip should have been $32. But looking through my bank account they charged $58. How is that possible? Chelsea Domino's are crooks. Family meal deal is $21 and change. With delivery charge and tax comes to around $28 and change. I added $5 tip. Less than 2 miles from store to my house. I do not ever recommend them again. How can you charge double.thats a crime

I order from this Dominos often and have never had a complaint. They are consistent, clean, and everything cooked to order perfectly. During the Super Bowl game, I hesitantly ordered bc I knew they would busy. Ordered 3 custom pizzas that were ready in the time they stated on tracker. Drive thru had a line so I went in. Thomas handed over my pizzas and was so courteous and friendly with such a sweet smile and disposition. He was scurrying about yet took the time and patience to answer my questions. I love having this Dominos in Chelsea.
