This place is great in the ice cream itself is to die for. It's probably the best that I have ever had. But whenever you make an order and you need to call and change it and they don't have their voicemail setup and no one will answer the phone or has it turned off this is very annoying. I tried to cash in my points to get a free delivery but it didn't tell me that I couldn't get free delivery right now until I had already paid. I just had surgery so I can't drive up there to pick up my order. They don't have a way of letting you change it online so you have to call. So maybe you can see my frustration. Now I'm out a good amount of money and still won't get my ice cream tonight. All because they don't want to use a telephone.

If I go through a drive-thru, I probably can't eat a leaking ice-cream cup, why in the world is it packaged the same as if I walk in and sit down?

First time here, absolutely blown away. Health rating score was 100, all the employees were super nice and helpful. Free samples to try the flavors, has a drive through, everything was clean and just impressive.
I got the sour green apple, wife got the caffe latte Italian ices, definitely get a lot for your money. Honestly 10/10 definitely recommend, give this place a shot!

Very nice Italian ice place. I am happy with the service inside and through the drive-thru. The drive-thru can be a little slow at busy times because the orders are taken at the window. Kid friendly but could be kid loud. The food is good enough that I go more often than I should.
