Service is normally adequate, neither exceptional nor poor. Occasionally, orders are inaccurate. Also, either the hours listed are incorrect or they decided to close 45 minutes early tonight. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 11:15 pm and was told the restaurant was closed.

The lady working the front tonight has wonderful customer service!
During my wait, I witnessed her deal with 99 problems and fixed them all in a timely manner. Except my cookies, which is fine bc they really are the best cookies! The kitchen worked really hard tonight, and she stood out making sure everyone was taken care of. I worked in food for a long time, so I don’t complain but I will compliment!

I was sitting in the dining room and there was a nice gentlemen that was cleaning it and spoke to us like we were his best friends. He was so kind and sweet to us. I recommend this McDonalds because it has the freshest food out of any that I had so far. That young man made my day today, thank you if you are reading this, I really need to start remembering names because I would love to specifically give him credit for it.
