First I called in and an Indian answered that didn’t understand English. He wanted to take my pizza everywhere but the address I was giving him. I had to go on line. I picked up my pizza and it was cold. And the pizza crust in some places was two inches to 1.5 inches of crust. Some pieces of my meats pizza had no meats. Awful. Pictures attached. Large pizza for 27.00. Not worth the drive or time. I think you guy’s need to reevaluate your staffing.Shanna Goolsby

Inconsistent, pizza either poorly cut or not at all. They get orders wrong and when you call they're like, meh, sorry. Really seems like a lack of caring on their part. Here's a pic of a half meat and half cheese.

This is, by far, one of the worst Papa John’s Pizza locations I have patronized. On several occasions (4 times out of 5) my order was made wrong. My two most recent orders were mobile orders with specific instructions and they still chose to make the orders the way they wanted to. I called the location after both orders and was told my order would be “credited” to my account/phone number. Tonight, I called to use the credited order and my food was never delivered. Papa John’s is great, just not this specific location. I wouldn’t recommend unless you are fine with low tier service and quality.

This place is the worst! Especially Dian!! Diane does not answer the phone from papa’s Johns online team and because she didn’t answer tonight, my order got canceled! Yes I finally got my food, it is not even about the food, I have enough stuff in the kitchen to eat (it is not that deep!!) With that being said she said that she answer both of my phone calls, that is true! My bigger question is why she is not answering Papa’s John’s online team??I know why!!! The online team nor customer service has no control of what managers do at the store. So, Diane knows what phone calls to answer and not to answer! (She learn this from somewhere!) The customer service man that I talked to was almost in tears because I kept apologizing for the frustration I let out on him. He has heard more this more than once tonight ( I know because there was emotional moment, that is none of anyone business!) The guy I spoke to tonight in customer service was not at fault, but took the RESPONSIBILITY of the fault of people like Diane! I spoke to the delivery guy that is thinking about quitting (he has his stories that are not mine to share!) because of customer service! I work in customer service, in my company we give the guest an out than just saying no! Papa John’s customer service only get yell at for sad managers that want to cut conners and know what phone calls to answer and not to answer! Customer service said they could have an “connection problem,” maybe so!!! IF!!! I didn’t live five minutes away, and the storm past my house and that store way over 30 mins! ( Trust me! I can prove it!)That was the first “issue” that my order got canceled!The second one was THEY DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE!Dian confessed to me that she was the only person there tonight!! Take short cuts where you can get them!! I am not a horrible person! I understand that!!My PROBLEM is Dina never said apologize and own up to her “mistake” because no one will hold her responsible!! Why would she?? Customer service is taking the heat for her, that customer service has no overhead of people like Diane and bad managers!!I made an official complaint with this store with the lovely help of this guy from customer service (worked with the company of FIVE years!) not from Diane!I am waiting on a call from the leadership team from this store! To resolve my “complaint.”Let me the first one to you all no discount or free food that is offer (that I WILL NOT except no matter what!!)) will never be enough!!Change is what I want!! Not as a fix me as a customer service change! I am hard headed and I will follow up! By basically being a secret shopper (under different names, and with different people I know!) to make sure change is being done!
