This place is a one-man show at lunch - this usually isn't a problem for such a small place, but adjust your service expectations accordingly. The food is very good though, probably the best Thai food in the greater Birmingham area. Great flavor and texture for Thai stir-fry. Portion sizes may be smaller than what you're used to for restaurants in the area, though I thought it was just the right amount for a full meal.
Food taste is actually really good. Portions are a bit small. 16 dollars is outrageous for pad Thai though when you can get bigger portion sizes on the west coast for only 12 dollars. Ordered hottest level Thai spicy and it wasn’t hot. Not even a burn, just a little tingle. Was hoping for hotter. But for the area I guess the food is good tasting. It is Alabama after all.
