So I'm going to give this location 2 stars because I spent 27 dollars 2 days straight and both times I ordered, there was an issue with my food.
I ordered a big box w/pasta... And my pasta was over cooked, burned, it even looked old. It was so hard that I couldn't eat it. Look at the photo, I should have never left their store with that. From now on, I will check my food at the counter. Now I hate writing these kinds of reviews so if they will correct the issue, I'll give them 5 stars. But I'm not too happy about shelling out 54.00 and not being able to enjoy what I'm paying for. Probably won't do this location anymore. I'll give the others a try.

My husband came to this location to pick up a door dash order . He had two orders on his screen from two different ppl going to two different locations. The young lady working says she was the general manager refused to give my husband both of his he door dash orders . Very rude and unprofessional.

Awful customer service, delivery time was almost 2 hours, hung up on when I called the store, never again will I order food again from there. Pizza was ice cold, wings were undercooked and breadsticks were like mush. Don’t order from this store.

We ALWAYS wait at least double the amount of the estimated “ready” time. Sometimes it’s because they made the wrong size or it was missing a topping. One visit I’d given my name for pickup three times (while in the tiny lobby) and still watched the person working up front put my food in the warmer. TODAY when we arrived to pick up we were told “I swear I made it, it must have been given to someone else”. Only offered additional wait time while they remake it. I’d like to comment on food quality but we’re still waiting… 40 minutes and counting after our original order time. No breadsticks, upgrades or even apologies offered. EDITING to add: we finally got the food home and it’s wrong, because of course it is. Our pesto pizza doesn’t have pesto sauce or the chicken sausage we added. It’s doughy and clearly not cooked through. And they’re not answering the phone.

This store is extremely rude. Store manager yelling and cussing about door dashes at her employees, girl upfront literally knows nothing about anything, flies everywhere.

This is prob the worst pizza we’ve ever had! The crust was bland, pale, and had no flavor or seasonings. I’ve never seen a takeout pizza with no crust seasoning! The sauce and cheese were also flavorless. The pizza just had no taste. We normally order from Domino’s and will go back to doing so. Also our app said the order was ready and offered curbside delivery but when we arrived, you have to go inside. There is no curbside delivery. The pizza was also not ready.

Ordered online for delivery, and it took 2 hours to get here.They forgot 2 items, and everything was cold, because it sat for over an hour.I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I demanded a full refund and they complied. Refund showed in my account the next day.
My daughter has worked her behind off for over a year now and they offered her a 15 cent raise!!!!! From $10 to 10.15!!!
No wonder people are complaining, Pizza Hut doesn’t want to pay their employees enough to even care 😡
