Ordered 3 XL pizzas tonight and 1 was made wrong so it had to be remade and we had to wait. They sloppily made it “half” and all the pepperoni was uneven on it and towards the middle. They didn’t offer to do anything for the messed up order and waiting because no one wants to do anything unless you publicly complain, which is really a shame. They then rushed to put it in the box and the pizza was way too hot and got ruined. we didn’t realize that until we got home.
They also cut the pizzas HORRIBLY. There were random cut marks all over the pizza. Many pizza slices were drastically different in size and a bunch were missing the triangle tip at the end of the slice because they had no idea how to cut a pizza. How can you work at a pizza place and not know how to cut a pizza? What a disappointing experience.

We were on a road trip and found Sanpeggio’s Pizza on Doug Baker Blvd after seeing some good reviews online. Glad we gave it a try! We ordered ahead online, and everything was ready when we got there. The pizza was hot and tasty, and the salad was super fresh. Quick, easy, and hit the spot. We’d definitely stop by again if we’re in the area.

Just stopped by the pizza shop to order some food to go and all the employees were sitting in the lobby playing Roblox on their computer and proceeded to tell me that they turned the ovens off at 8:45 and it was 840 and they chose not to take care of me, considering I know the principal investor of San Pedro‘s Pizza and I can assure you that he would not be impressed at his employees are sitting in the lobby playing on their computer and not working as hard as he works to keep the money he earns

Bad customer service. Dismissive attitude when there was a mix up on my order. Snatching items from my hand and when a discount request was made, acted as if they didn't understand plain English. Salvatore's may be my next stop after this. Lesson learned: just vote with your wallet.

I’m a dasher, I pick up here a lot and it is always rough. Tonight I picked up from the Lee branch store and it was a breeze! The area manager, Robbie was working and checked order for accuracy. I was in and out. Then I get a Chelsea order and I walk into to mass chaos. Robbie was there too! He was trying to diffuse the angry customers and while I was waiting my DD customer arrived. The contracting system for delivery needs to be better but more important we need workers there that care about the customer and quality of service. Robbie was able to appease most everyone and get things back on track. Please take notice of this and provide better training to the make line and register workers.
