Ive been a regular customer of this location for over 12 years. but now thatyou cant call any of their locations to place an order over the phone anymore and get directed to their website to place an online order. which i tried but if you do that you have to pay online only. no option to pay in person. so if a person wants to pay on cash thats not an option online at all. so im gonna be making different dinner arrangements tonight and going forward. sad because this place used to be friendly and good.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!We ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 order of cheese sticks, and one large 2 liter. Pay for the full order over the phone with CC. Drive 30 minutes to pick up the meal and realized I forgot to order extra sauces. Walked in and asked the cashier for 10 extra sauces. He proceeds to ring them up for $0.50 a piece. (Which is crazy high for tiny sauces but that’s not where the conflict arose). Reached in my pocket and handed the cashier a $100 bill. He complained and said I must spend a minimum of $30 to pay with a 100. He proceeded to tell me to use my credit card (which I didn’t have with me). I told him I just spend over $40 on my meal, and asked why he couldn’t just give me the sauces. He said it was MANAGER POLICY and that he was not allowed. There was not a manager on duty… He refused to take my $100 bill… This is the type of customer service that ruins a business.

We usually order online. My husband and daughter love the Supreme Calzon. They are so large and full of meats and cheese that it's dinner one night and lunch the next day and still leftovers ?. Kenny's ordered calzons from other Italian restaurants and Sanpeggio's is his favorite. I have a sensitivity to wheat. So, I order the Gluten free Hawaiian pizza. I really love the crust and the smoked ham and pineapple is amazing.I haven't had problems with cross contamination and we have eaten a few pizzas since finding out that they carry gluten-free.

Spaghetti noodles were overcooked. The meatballs were burnt and not even enough sauce to cover the noodles. I don't know what happened to this place, but with tip it was over $40. Won't be
