Staff was super helpful and positive, I got a custom cold brew with espresso, almond milk, and a couple flavor shots. Usually that is perfect for me. The cold brew just wasn’t great, seemed like the flavor overtook the coffee flavor itsself. The caffeine is nice which I was wanting.
What shocked me the most was the total being $15.
Not sure if there was a mistake or if tip is taken without permission but I don’t feel confident I can come back and keep paying that price for one coffee. Especially for a coffee that was a lower standard than one made at home. Love the staff and atmosphere but I can’t pay that every time I want coffee.

First time at a Scooters and we were blown away. These are drive-through only, fyi. Mid-afternoon on a Saturday there was no line, but even then our order was ready incredibly fast. Both the person taking our order and the person working the window were unfailingly cheerful and helpful.
Got a large Oreo Blender and it was fantastic! Could really taste the Oreo, and plenty of drink.

Shout out to Scooter’s Coffee employees in Chelsea, AL who are friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to make a sugar free vanilla smoothie for my wife who has to watch sugar intake. Great job!

Idk what happened but I went here last week, and today I woke up getting texts from my Bank asking if I authorized charges at Scooters. It wasn’t me and now I’m concerned someone stole my information from Scooters or their systems are not secure. My card was compromised after using it here on 2/19.Editing to add that I never received an email about the “authorization” that would happen to my card, so when I got a text asking if I did this transaction, I said no and my card was immediately closed. Now, I have no debit card… I’ve never heard of any business doing this and now I’m without a debit card because of something out of my control…. I’m in banking and this isn’t normal for businesses to do. It wasn’t fraud, but it doesn’t make this situation any less inconvenient and annoying.

My coffee is made the same way EVERY SINGLE time I order it! At other popular coffee places it’s almost never the same. I’m loving the consistency and the DELICIOUS flavor of my iced almond milk latte. I get coffee every time I pass through Chelsea in the mornings.
