I usually swing by here on my way home with the kids. Without even the slightest bit of exaggeration the past five trips, the orders have been wrong every time.. what’s even worse is we use the mobile app there should be no miscommunication as it’s written out right in front of you.
There is a complete lack of competency and care .

Awful. I don’t know what happened lately but we will not be back. The car hops are rude. The service is slow—I put a mobile order in for 1 kids meal and it still took 20 minutes and the food was WRONG. The run out of toys for kids meals, which is included in the price of the kids meals, they aren’t gifting you that toy out of the kindness of their heart, you are paying for it which means they are ripping you off. They don’t care. Do not bother.

There was only one person in there this morning so, there's this lady that was in there this morning I don't know if she's manager but she said this is her first time to open the store she's never open the store and she's by herself so she's having to take one order at a time and then complete the order and then move on to the next one so it took me 30 minutes and this was a doordash order so I had to wait 30 minutes for doordash order

This is the second time in 2 weeks that i have been here. They had me sit at the drive thru for about 5 minutes with 1 other car in the parking lot, then after i give them my money to pay they ask if i want my change but then proceed to tell me they don’t have any change????? Do better sonic.

Sat at the speaker waiting and waiting so finally just drove to the pick up window. Waiting waiting and guy finally comes to the window. Questioned him about not answering and he says oh I think my battery died. Ordered a smash burger and medium peanut butter shake. Shake ends up only being half full and the rest whip cream. So disappointing, this is is how you lose business. Sad thing is I specifically drove past many other restaurants just because I wanted that smash burger which was good.

The ice cream was barely blended after waiting for good while and fries were reheated scraps. Initially the 1st order taker was rude and then a 2nd jumped on which was much better. The place needs pressure washed and get the speakers working properly.
