The last 6 months or so this location has tremendously went downhill. Constant issues with getting correct order, and the new one: they do not allow paying customers to use the bathrooms anymore. The customer service has really decreased.

This is the third time this has happened to me. I arrive today in the morning to place my order and they give me the wrong order. I think they don't pay attention because they didn't have any more carts. I was the only one asking. The other times it's the same and I don't have time to go back and make the claim. I am allergic to some of the seasoning in the sausage and I ask for bacon and they keep giving me sausage. 😡😡😡

The food was decent but the ordering process was so frustrating that we will just go to Dairy Queen next time. It is amazing that in this day and age of technology that this sonic does not have a good microphone on their order stations. The last two times we went there we had to scream our order for the person to be able to hear it. It would have made great scene in an Adam Sandler movie. How is it that when you go to Chick fi Al you can whisper and they can year you but a Sonic, you have to raise your voice to ridiculous levels and then repeat it 3 times? Now that I have had time to reflect on the experience, I wonder if the employees were having a big laugh at us screaming at the order board. If I was a teenage rascal I might have done something similar. In conclusion, the effort is not worth the average product and the slightly higher prices. If you are making a decision I would suggest, McDonalds or Dairy Queen. They are about a mile away and their drive though microphones and equipment are better. We came back and the number 1 slot speaker box is broken but the microphone seems to work. I didnt have to scream this time.I bumped them up a couple of stars for better service.

We ate this yesterday on our way back from Birmingham Hospital. Service was OK. wait time was expected. However 2 of my kids that ate chicken there now have food poisoning and sonic was the last thing they ate, and it's only my kids that ate chicken 2 others had a burger and BLT and those 2 are fine! This review is so that management can take necessary steps to properly clean their kitchen, make sure there's no cross contamination so this doesn't lead to further outbreaks of germs.
The only reason it got a star was to write review. Was on patio reading board some rude dude came across speaker said patio was closed we was finishing up try to figure out what we wanted to go back to truck as passengers can’t read the sign to order he came across the speaker and hollered at us.mind you it was at 7:45 p.m on a Saturday. Will not go back

Why in the world would you change the best French fries in chelsea for those hard as a rock crinkle cut small fries, just don't make since now the food is cold and the hamburgers is just throwed together poor management or they just don't give a damn no pride in their work half of the order stations don't work NEED NEW MANAGEMENT OR MANGER THAT KNOWS HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS....
