Manager meanest woman I've ever experienced. Balling up her fist, sighing, talked w/ a horrible rude attitude. I ask for the manger & she laughed at me & I explained why & she laughed again. Then I asked for the complaint # & she wouldn't give it to me

Order a hot sub on the app and they did not follow any instructions I requested. I have a uncut footlong. I thought they teach you how to read in elementary ?. Jersey Mike's from now on

Food is great, but service is poor, Tanya is fast but inefficient with making sandwiches. I get it if there are several people but no one was in the line. I've gotten food here many times and it is always the same, I'm almost to a point to not go in and order if I see her behind the counter. Good sandwiches but not great service.

I placed an online order on 5/24/23 and when I went to pick the order up, the store was closed unexpectedly due to a staff emergency. I reached out to the owner who said I would be refunded, and thanked me for being understanding. A week later, no refund. I reached out again asking about my refund, and was told they would put the money back on my card. Another week goes by and I reach out AGAIN. No response from the owner and still no refund. Very unprofessional

Lady very rude , she do not allow you to say what u want, she rush the entire time I was taking, Tuna not good. The way she look at you, like hurry up, I was the only customer..
The employees were excellent. One in particular, Michael, made sure we were taken good care of while letting a trainee learn by doing. Very sweet! The food was fresh and delicious, too.
Thank you to Chelsea Subway and especially Erica for providing our Forest Oaks Elementary teachers and staff with some outstanding cookies to give just the right kind of sweet closure to their back to school lunch today! The FOES PTO appreciates you and your support! 🌳❤️

Looked like two 16 year olds running the whole store by themselves. Kept giving sassy side eyes to each other. These guys didn't know how to make anything on the menu. Which is like basic training for any restaurant.
It felt like going to mcdonald's, ordering a big mac, and then having the employee ask you every little ingredient that goes on a Big Mac because they don't know. I understand if it was an employee in training, but these two were clearly considered competent enough to run a store by themselves.
Not going here again.
I've been going to this subway for years! I will not eat there unless certain employees are working. One in particular I think her name is Karen or Kari, she is always so friendly, and makes the best sandwiches. I had the pleasure of having a short conversation with her one day. She is amazing person and Great at her job. Highly recommend having her make your sandwiche. I always leave with a smile after seeing her
Cleanest subway have been in! Very friendly, everything was fresh and delicious! Definitely be a regular customer!
