My food is a hit and miss when I go here. If I get a regular soft taco it's usually cold. The chicken quesadilla flour tortilla is usually soggy instead of crispy.

This taco bell suuuuuuuuuuuuuucks. I spent my entire 30 minute lunch break waiting for my order of 2 burritos. When my order was ready the man slammed it down onto the counter and when I got back to my car I discovered there was only ONE burrito.
I went back inside to tell them I was missing one but nobody would come to the counter and after about 10 more minutes of waiting I just left. don't waste your time or money here.

Order was not correct. I ordered extra beef which they charge me $2.70. When I tried to call to say something about my order they lied and said they couldn't help me because they were in a rush. I was the only call in line and I only been gone 2 minutes.

We waited at the drive thru for over 30 minutes with no communication from drive thru employee. Pulled up to the window to hopefully get someone’s attention since we had already ordered online. Got ignored, so we went inside only to also get ignored. The app also failed to give us a refund. If you’re busy and understaffed, I get it. But if you’re just gonna stand there and laugh, ignoring those who want answers, that’s just disrespectful.
