This establishment is quite welcoming.Taco Bell opens it’s doors to anyone in need.While this seems great, it’s really not amazing.I took the wise decision to venture out into Taco Bell today. It’s a horribly long story, so I’ll skip to the moral, do NOT go to Taco Bell if you don’t wish to end up homeless, somehow underwater, in debt (owing the FBI and India), and in possession of a brutally hairless chihuahua.

Refuse to take my order told me I had to order through kiosk or have a great day. Two people just standing there at drive in window and 2 people cooking. Store and drive through were not busy. The young guy with curly hair was very rude. Will not recommend anyone to eat there.

Order the #9 Mexican Pizza Meal. Preparer places wrapped tacos ON Mexican Pizza! Come on! Who in the world would do that! The question is...why? Customer service is struggling in this country. Driving customers to eat at home, for sure!01/24/2024 - Update and attempt to give this location a few more opportunities to do better. Today was my last attempt at giving this restaurant a chance to do better! It's consistently poor quality food, dirty dine-in (cleaner today than usual). Very disappointing! Ordered a party pack of 12 soft tacos with meat cheese and sour cream nothing else and every single taco has lettuce. No one answering phones so I can try to fix the order and I live 15 minutes away. Absolutely disappointing.

It was 8 am December 6, 2023, and only one person was running the store. He was running the drive thru, lobby, and making the meals as he took them. He was so polite and explained that he was the only one there. He apologized many times. Great customer service, and he had a great work ethic. I gave him a $20 tip before I left.

This has to be the worst tacobell in the entire state. I love tacobell but this particular one has been awful every time. My food is always cold and has a weird taste…I also had to ask for a new taco three times because they couldn’t give me a warm taco to save their life. Absolutely disgusting! I wish this place could do better. I like Taco Bell but this location is horrible. Pictured is the Chicken quesadilla. We also ordered the taco Supreme meal. No tomatoes or sour cream. Every time we visit this location something is wrong. I’m done with it.

Every item I ordered was wrong. I don't eat lettuce on hot food but my tacos had lettuce on them. I asked for light sour cream and nacho cheese on my burrito and it was loaded down and cold. When we asked to get the burrito fixed (I picked the lettuce off my tacos), one of the employees rolled her eyes at us. I'm glad this is not my neighborhood Taco Bell. 10/10 do not recommend this location. Also, the walls were filthy with what looked to be mildew where were seated. I will not be eating this burrito because I don't trust that it wasn't spit on.

I was just went through the drive through window. The server couldn’t tell me which Pepsi was diet or regular. I had to try them and figure it out myself. They also forgot to put the lettuce on my taco. Which is literally 1/3 of the ingredients in a Taco Bell taco. I know it’s “just fast food” but they need to train people better.
