Just an outstanding, consistent flavor in a packaged product available at many Shoals grocery stores - generally in .75 lb vacuum packs. And don't forget about Bishop's 3 'n' 1 sauce to go with it. Great stuff that lets each person flavor to taste.

Best bbq
we have a farm in cherokee, alabama and our tennant farmer raises cotton, corn, soy beans, and wheat. at the end of harvest season, he sends us 3 one lb. packages of bishops bbq as a real southern treat.WOW!!!! i can hardly wait for it to come. we live in wisconsin but was born in alabama---GO TIDE!!!!!-- we just can't get bbq like this in yankee land. we have also stopped at bishops on our travels to AL and met L.O. and luther. they really know how to make the bestBBQ pork on the planet. will be ordering more soon. Love it! Cooked slow, slow, slow for that great old fashion smoked pulled pork taste. Never disappoints!
