If I could rate it in minus stars I would. We are good customers there every weekend for both wings and pizza. After last night we will never go back. We called in order as always they said 10 mins we waited 15 and got there had to wait another 15. My husband went in restroom found ladies purse with a dollar bill rolled up laying on it. All three workers looked drugged up and one really big guy that worked there had words with my husband because he was agitated for that ready in 10 min which had already been 30 min order still wasn't ready. When it finally got finished we got home with it the damn pizza was dough the toppings on top raw and cold. Our dog ended up getting entire pizza. We are done with them if they can't keep sober workers working that knows what they are doing employed they need to just shut down. This was first bad experience there and first time food was absolutely horrible.

So I called Hometown Pizza Cherokee Al
To place an order for cheese sticks and I decide to call back to pay for them since someone else is picking up my order and John Cisneros a known meth dealer of Cherokee answers the phone this time and takes my debit card information and says who is this after getting my card information so I give my name and then he says what the F***!!! Like 3 times and I said excuse me?? This is a public restaurant in this town!! excuse me, one of the only places to get food here and the cook and employees of this restaurant talk to customers like this. I will NEVER support this place again and hopefully my friends and family will do the same !

It was a good day today. They served us quite well with lots of cheese in our pizza and bread sticks. It was a tasty pizza. I can't complain. Sometimes it works out sometimes it don't. But they did a great job today!!

Hometown Pizza is a small local place, which often means it's low quality and overpriced. Having ate there 4 times now, I can say it is the best pizza I have ever had, in a tie with Big Ed's pizza in Huntsville. I've worked pizza, delivery, and have tried just about every pizza business I have came across as an adult. That said, Hometown is amazing. It's high quality and made with care, the staff are very hard working and friendly. They are attentive, and take pride in what they make, and the taste and presentation reflects that. The only issue I have had is, a newer employee laid the cheese on a bit heavy once. They aren't exactly cheap, but definitely not overpriced either. You get what you pay for, and every cent is worth it. It's kid friendly, and for being in such a small town, they are slammed every time I stop by. They do not have delivery sadly, but it is well worth a trip to try them. 5 stars, all around, way way better than any of the bigger pizza chains in the area.

Horrible steak and cheese hoagie. Big chunks of under cooked meat with very little cheese. This was my 2nd steak hoagie and I was hoping the first was a mistake, but this one was just as bad. The Tuscumbia location was excellent.

We both ordered a foot long sandwich. They were cut and wrapped like 2 6 inch subs. One slice of ham on each ham and cheese, no condiments on it. The Italian sandwich my husband ordered was extremely bare, no condiments on it either. Paid $24 for 2 sandwiches that weren't worth $5 each, much less $24.

I didn't have my glasses on and couldn't see the menu to wel. I asked about calzones and the man behind the counter pointed out the part of the menu to me for calzones and the prices.i was there just for ice cream that day. Friendly service and great ice cream.
