1/2/26 9:30 pm Tried calling to place order an hour B4 closing they would not answer, then went in store and they would not allow me to place order and told me I would have to place in drive thru after waiting in line they refused to make my order because they closed in 30 mins .....completely unacceptable!!!

My pizza was fresh and hot the customer service is always on point I always try to make the early in the day cause they are the best worker bre and peaches is always friendly and helpful even the guy with the glass outstanding job

I went to this locations drive through to get the lunch combo and when I asked for a diet soda instead of a regular soda, I was informed that they had none. Looking right at the bottles of Diet Pepsi, which I could see in the cooler by the front counter, I asked specifically if they had any Diet Pepsi and was told again that they had none. The girl at the window then proceeded to list all the conditions drinks they had and I just told her a green tea because it was right beside the Diet Pepsi I actually wanted and i hoped it would atleast be low sugar enough for me to safely drink. Long story short, she gave me green tea when she had to reach right by the Diet Pepsi, and I had to throw it away because my diabetic ass isnt supposed to have that much sugar, I was pushing my carb intake with the pizza alone. This happened around 11:15 on Thursday July 24th.
If you are diabetic like me, I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this location as the employees will lie to your face about the drink selection they currently have in stock. Never going back.
Took 45 minutes for them to start my order and about 15 more to get and to top it off, it was garbage 😡

This was my favorite location until tonight. We thought we'd run through the drive thru and get what we wanted. The drive thru was packed, tried to go in but it was locked. We sat in that drive thru for at least 45 minutes. Then we were forced to choose between pepperoni pizza or cheese pizza if we wanted to eat there. Nothing else after waiting so long. The people ahead of us took a long time as if they were able to get what they wanted or they had to wait for the 2 choices to cook. The young lady said that they were out of a lot of stuff, I'm sure she was lying. They were lazy. Then she said that it was only 2 of them there which is why it was drive thru only but she confirmed that it's like that every night. The other employee was standing next to her doing absolutely nothing. She claimed that her regional manager was aware of the situation. The regular pepperoni pizza was good although it wasn't what we wanted. I almost ran out of gas waiting. I will never go to little Caesars again. We've been trying to try a couple of new menu items for months but even other locations claim that they were out. If they have ingredients to make pizza, they have ingredients to make the pizza puff things. Like we're stupid. And most locations have attitudes and they all run the stores like they want to, not like the franchise intended. Godfather's and Domino's know how to keep customers by not doing whatever they want.
