“Wow Talk About Flavor and Freshness !” I recently had the opportunity to dine at The Shipyard Cafe. The Shipyard Cafe is uniquely located at 101 Telegraph Road, Chickasaw, AL. I ordered the fully-loaded Philly Cheese Steak combo, fries, lemon pepper wings, and a fresh glass of Southern Sweet Tea! My meal was freshly prepared with a Smile! The entire staff was super nice, approachable, and friendly! I highly recommend the entire menu to all; but I have a joy and love for the freshness of the Philly Cheese Steak Combo! Enjoy!

I wish we could leave 10 stars. Found this gem heading home from Dauphin Island. 🐦 EVERYTHING was outstanding and plentiful...perfect grilled/blackened shrimp and fish, creamy lemony hummus, melt-in-your-mouth pita bread, great slaw, and the crispiest fried pickles imaginable. Sweetest, most courteous server...and the chocolate baklava was simply to die for. Super clean restrooms...hard-working staff. We would be in terrible trouble if we lived here...🤭😇...and if we are blessed to be in the area again, it is a must-stop. Well done, Shipyard!

We came out tonight and had the fried pickles and the fish and shrimp platter. We left with full bellies and no complaints. Super friendly staff and the place was very inviting!

Do not go here expecting to get breakfast before 8am. Confirmed store hours before I went and it stated they opened at 6am. Arrived at 7am and the door was locked. There was a female at the counter and just looked at me like I was crazy for being there at 7am. Do not advertise open at 6am if you’re not going to be ready to serve at 7am.

The food was hot fresh and delicious. I had a po boy that was loaded with shrimp, and my husband had a shrimp Philly homeboy. All delicious!

Very nice place to eat. Quiet atmosphere, great customer service with lovely smiles and prompt hot prep of food items. Husband Got the bacon cheeseburger which he loved and I got the fried shrimp (excellently seasoned!) which were outstanding with the side of seasoned fries. All reasonably priced!!!! This is a gem of a place and I will be back!
Y'all posted that you were opening at 11am today so I ordered online around 10:45am Philly cheese and a bacon cheese burger. The Philly had day old meat on it and was cold and the hamburger was cold and I left a $20 tip in the tip jar. Thanks for giving me old food and that is exactly why I don't eat out for real. I had nothing but high praises before even referred people but today is last day wasting my money on anyone food establishment. Very disappointing 😞.

Nice clean establishment, with great little quirks. I ordered the Chicken Philly combo and had split it up because it was a decent size. Had a little wait on the food but it was delicious. Will definitely try the food again!
