I love the cleanliness of this store š !!! Honestly if an older person is in need of a restroom break while in town this is the cleanest place to go. The employees are also so kind & friendly there .

This place had one of the largest kids playgrounds I've seen in a fast food restaurant in a while. Service was quick, the bathroom was clean, and the food was what you'd expect.

The drive thru is one extreme to the other. On one hand there is a very sweet lady who is always pleasant. Went through today and ordered once I got to the window and saw the other young lady with the pink hair she was going to make me wait to pay so I drove off. This young lady has been rude ever time I have had to deal with her, she seems bothered to be at work. I work in retail and with the public so I understand people can be tough. However this young lady may not need to work with the public. Right people right position and unfortunately this is a miss for the Childersburg location. Itās unfortunate that one associate is holding this location back.

I got there about 9:40pm on a Thursday night. I ordered a coke and a whopper w/cheese & w/out onions & a coke. I was given a cup but not told the nozzles were off the drink machine, liquid went everywhere, including all up my arm. I had to go to the restroom & clean up. I got my food and discovered it was a whopper jr. & fries. I took it to the counter and informed them that my order was wrong (I was the only person in the restaurant). The kid behind the counter took my order, looked at the screen and said, "Nope, that's right, that's what you ordered." I was so dumbfounded I sat down and ate my last meal ever at the Childersburg Burger King.

Yesterday they left my burger out all together and today they left the second patty and cheese off. so if it happened to me twice in 2 days thereās no telling how many orders are being messed up. Iāve worked in restaurants for years I never post things like this but itās gotten so bad. This was supposed to be a double cheese burger.
Order is always wrong and even if you order on the app thry still take 20 minutes to get your food out and they still eont get your order right

The morning crew has the worst attitude and canāt take your order without being rude and you canāt eat their hash browns, there either too greasy or hard as a brick and all stuck together š¤¦āāļø I honestly believe they want the place to close down
