Gave us attitude then made us wait and never brought the food out. We had to go in to get our money back. 15 mins waiting as they served over 6 people just fine behind us. Walked in to get the money back and they were sitting on the pickup station. They refused to bring it out to us or acknowledge us. We looked at the receipt to be sure it was our and just got it walked out.

The food is okay but the drive thru?!?! IT. IS. AWFUL! They have 2 drive thru lines open but they only answer one side. 3 cars on one side will go before they take care of the next line, and then it's only one car. They spent so much money and time to tear down and rebuild this one so it looked better but the service should match it. The drive thru associate didn't speak when we finally got to the window.

I wish I could give this location less than 1 star! Worst manager ever. Let's shut down the play area AFTER it's been open ALL day and make children leave and lock the door. My two year old did NOT understand why she had to stop playing after 5 minutes! She just wanted to play and stretch her legs after being on the road for two hours! No rain in sight! Why would you even open the play area only to close it after a bunch of kids go out to play?!Also, the food was trash.

Service was great. Food awful. Chicken nuggets looked like they sat under the heat warmer for four hrs. When called the restaurant a lady told me to bring my food in so they could see it. I said I was at work I couldn’t bring it plus I’d thrown it in the garbage. She said she’d talk to the manager and hung up. I’ve never had an issue with this Burger King .

Asked the cashier why we received the kiddie cups, she said it's the usual. I don’t understand why I have to drive to Sylacauga or Harpersville to get a frosted frozen drink. As I understand all 3 locations are owned by the same person. Very frustrating to live in Childersburg but have to drive to a neighboring city to get what I want.
