I repeated an order from previous order. I noticed it had extra cheese for additional $2 so I took it off. When we got home there was no cheese. I called the store and said the receipt showed no cheese. Who eats pizza with no cheese? I didn't want extra cheese. The store said I probably double clicked by mistake. Good customer service never blames the customer. He didn't say sorry or offer something for the confusion. I will no longer use this store. My business will go to the Sylacauga store.
