Good good. I've eaten here on several occasions (take-out) only. The staff are very nice and helpful. Will continue to get my take-out there

I have not been here for many years. It was back before the buffet was stopped. My mom was so excited and mentioned the buffet had been made available once again. My wife and I decided to make a visit today. As we walked in, the restaurant looked exactly the same as it did years ago, which was nice. As I went to the buffet, I noticed the food choices were very few. And, the desserts from years ago were no longer available at the buffet such as banana pudding. The plates were paper and the utensils were plastic. My drink was in styrofoam. At first, I thought the food would be hot, however the meats were cold by the time I reached the table. I do believe the paper plates were a factor with not keeping the food hot. The meat on the stick was extremely tough. I truly hate that we were disappointed in our visit, but hope they'll improve at some point as it has been a great place in the past. A lot of memories have been made going there with my parents in the past, which one has recently passed away. Please do better for the ones who truly have enjoyed your business in the past! Yuki in Oxford is a great example with how great the food should be!

Dining room had no lights turned on and food was mediocre and bland. Staff was not very friendly.

Me and my wife's chicken wasn't even cooked all the way and the food just generally didn't taste good, used to be a good place but after this it's like are you trying to give people food poisoning? No thank you.

Great food. I recommend it! Ive never been disappointed with their offerings. Its a common lunch meet spot for me and friends in the area. Try the lemon wings.

Really not good. The food was sparse, generally cool and overly oily.

My children are 20 and 23 now but when they were younger, around 8-9 for my son & 5-6 for my daughter, I used to take them here to eat all the time. They loved it! The food really was great! This evening I placed a pickup order and the meal I was given, I was NOT impressed with at all. They’ve changed a lot of their tastes in their food and it was very bland. I was very disappointed to see where this place had come from to where it is now, especially for what you’re paying for a meal. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Just horrible 😞 don't do this let it go under or get bro some cooking lessons. Only benefit is the cheap price but what life may be after idk that I'm worried about....

We love Golden Star in this house! My family and I agree that if there's one thing you have to try, it's the Hot & Sour soup! Plus, they're always so sweet when we come to pick up our orders, and you can tell they really care about how their customer base feels.

I love Chinese Food but This is the Worst Chinese food that I have ever had in the 47 years of my life. The food was terrible and half cooked and the meat was a mystery . The fried rice was half cooked. It had the taste of burnt old. This restaurant does Childersburg a disservice of serving Chinese food like this. I will never in my life go here again.

A hidden gem of all your old favorite meals. They have what I think of as traditional Chinese food and it is good. The Mongolian beef is delicious.
