This is the best KFC. The staff is friendly and they work hard to keep the original recipe. The biscuits might as well be cake. They are so delicious. I wish every KFC could be like this one.

Cold hard old chicken almost broke a tooth on a chicken sandwich that had probably sat in the warmer for hours and the manager is racist. Would not recommend if you want chicken just go to Sylacauga

After we ordered from the drive-thru it took about ten minutes for them to bring us our order. I thought it was going to be fresh and hot with the time we waited, but boy was I wrong. The fries looked and tasted like they have been in the fryer about 3 times. The chicken tasted like it had been in a refrigerator for 1-2 days then warmed back up. And on top of that, they forgot our sauce. The only thing that was good was the Pepsi and I don’t even like Pepsi.

Service is on par for what I have determined to be KFC's very low standards.
The fountain machine in the lobby was spitting water out of the ice machine portion and was leaking out of three other places.
The cashier did not appear sober or abel enough to use a cell phone, much less a point of sale system.
The chicken tenders that I received contained a little more meat than you would get from a chicken McNugget. As requested there were only four in the box that cost me $12. The fries were edible, warm not hot. The corn has a smell coming off of it that is making me rethink my dining choices for this evening.
My daughter ordered the chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes and gravy and said that everything was perfectly fine with her meal.
After Childersburg Christmas parade, several cars left the drive-thru. I sat at the speaker 15mins .... after I kept saying hello, someone repeated an order that wasn't mine. I was trying to order! Just for her to say hold on. Another 15mins. without my order taken. Now looking for another food choice. Horrible service when you don't acknowledge the customer at all.

Ordered my food at 11 AM. Got a three piece chicken tender meal. It was under $14. The chicken tenders were cold and very small mashed potatoes were cold as well. Very disappointing.

Visited and went through the drive-thru. Ordered a 12 piece tenders meal and they were old. The service was slow and the employees did not look to have good hygiene. I visited because someone with me was from out of town and had never tasted KFC. I will not visit this location again and I was embarrassed when my friend tasted it.
