We had ordered fries and got mashed potatoes and gravy. I didn't realize until it was too late. The wait staff was very friendly and gave us all the supplies we needed. The food was just OK.

This is the best KFC. The staff is friendly and they work hard to keep the original recipe. The biscuits might as well be cake. They are so delicious. I wish every KFC could be like this one.

Cold hard old chicken almost broke a tooth on a chicken sandwich that had probably sat in the warmer for hours and the manager is racist. Would not recommend if you want chicken just go to Sylacauga

After we ordered from the drive-thru it took about ten minutes for them to bring us our order. I thought it was going to be fresh and hot with the time we waited, but boy was I wrong. The fries looked and tasted like they have been in the fryer about 3 times. The chicken tasted like it had been in a refrigerator for 1-2 days then warmed back up. And on top of that, they forgot our sauce. The only thing that was good was the Pepsi and I don’t even like Pepsi.
